If you go drive thru, it forces them to help you. Dine in, forget it. If there is any mistake on the order, good luck. You'll be waiting for 15-25 minutes before it gets resolved. Believe me, I've been here several times. Online drive through orders are the way to go, otherwise nah, waiting and waiting. But god forbid you make it home and realize the order is messed up, getting a refund is neigh impossible. Replacement, waiting waiting waiting... this seems to be the trend here and at the Wendy's further down virginia beach blvd.

I’ve been waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting to order. They are short staffed tonight, so they are only taking two car orders then asking you to wait to order until they complete those orders. I have been here at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes and I’m still waiting to order….

There is another McDonald’s location on Providence Rd so please go to that one or the Kempsville location. This McDonalds is the worst. The customer service is awful. Every employee is always rude or mean every time I go there. I’ve tried again and again to give them another chance, but the service has gone wayyy down hill. I will only be going to the other locations from now on. The drive is worth being treated decently. The tables are also always dirty, and the inside is no longer nice to be in.

This morning I came in for breakfast and as I was giving my order, the person on the microphone was talking over me. I asked for a large drink and got a regular. Didn’t get any syrup or butter for my pancakes. And I am sharing a photo of the bag of hashbrowns I received. I know this is not McDonald standard practice. I called to complain to the manager Brandon, who just so happen to be the person who served me. I asked to speak to someone above him, and he said nope and hung up the phone. Destined for failure with this service and attitude. I came to enjoy breakfast, not to be poisoned by a jerk with a nasty attitude. I usually love this location. Very disappointed.

The clean and spacious dining area is a great place to enjoy your meal. The parking lot is crowded and difficult to navigate. The manager here Is difficult to deal with and make your visit unpleasant.

Great place to get this brand of food. This particular location is relatively quick compared to its sister stores in the immediate area. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

I do not normally leave reviews, bit after tonight I have to. If I could honestly leave a 0 star I would have. This location ALWAYS seems understaffed which of course leads to longer wait times and more mistakes. 90% of the time the nuggets are old and rubbery and the fries taste stale...to the point even the kids notice it in their happy meals. But, I honestly don't expect super high quality from McDonalds so I shrug it off. But tonight was horrible even by their standards. I completed a mobile order (which is a whole other joke) for a happy meal for my son to grab for him on the way home. There were only 2 cars ahead of me in line...it took a total of 45 MINUTES sitting in the drive thru to get A MOBILE order. A small one at that. You question why I didn't go inside?....because inside was lined up and I would have to stand in line all over again. The excuse was a "technical problem". If the "problem" is causing that much of an issue then the location should just close for the night. I held every fiber of my being together to not get angry at the lady helping us as her face already looked panic stricken, but geeze...fast food it was not.
