Never will go to a McDonalds in Virginia again. My family travels a lot and this is completely unacceptable behavior from employees everywhere I go in Virginia. They are all nasty and unhappy to be at work. I’ve worked in fast food and something is wrong about this state and the employees. Do better McDonalds and hire better employees if it’s them. But really every location in Virginia….

I ordered with the MOBILE APP and rode my bike a half mile ,locked it up outside,and im waiting for 10 minutes inside while the drive thru keeps moving. Whats the point of ordering mobile. The counter works fine but yall dont run the counter anymore. We hate mcdonalds now. Its like this everytime. The app ensures long wait times. Possibly double the normal time

Everyone has bad days, I just get the feeling they take your order, then immediately ignore it. I ordered a double quarter pounder, no pickles, no onions, no ketchup, with Mac sauce. They did not one that. Loads of onions, pickles full pressed into the top bun like it had been there for a while, zero Mac sauce. They even wrote on my receipt to only put mustard, and there no mustard. Like...huh? It feels intentional after too many opposites.

About a week ago I picked up a Big Mac meal as I usually do. I noticed the Big Mac was made very sloppily and over dressed like who ever made it didn’t care but didn’t think too deep about it. 3 hours later my throat started to hurt like crazy. Thinking I may just have a sore throat from weather constantly changing I got some lozenges throat numbing spray etc nothing worked . Dear with the intense pain to swallow for about 2 more days then immediately hit an urgent care. Got diagnosed with strep A. Never had it before. No one around me was sick and I mostly stay away from folks. Who ever cooked the burger either was sick themselves or crossed contaminatinated. I WONT BE GOING BACK.One of the worse pains I ever felt in my life couldn’t even swallow my own saliva.

Simple QP , no cheese, no onion, means nothing on bun but ketchup. Fries were mixture of hot, cold, soggy, and burnt up..... but the coke was cold.... employees got attitude when asked to fix QP.

Visited today in the evening 8/10 and went through the drive through. The receipt has KS#13 and McDonald's restaurant 22468 listed. First order was a Dbl Qtr Ch MI-Lrg this the second time they've given me a Medium drink! That isn't the worst of it all though, the person taking the drive thru order had an attitude along with her direct supervisor to the point when asked about the free apple pies they said we aren't doing that now he talked over her into system. Which wasn't true! This is third or fourth time in numerous weeks of ordering that we were told no and upon the next trip we'd get the free apple pies with the combo meal. The person at the window was rude and shut the window while speaking. We've been going here for years, and this particular shift is horrible with a degrading attitude toward us as customers. This trip makes me wonder if I want to go back. Notice the food is great is the service with certain shifts that are issues!
