the staff…don’t even know how to describe how horrible the service is here. not saying much considering it is a fast food place but the lack of communication is crazy. got completely ignored by the staff; not to mention we waited such a long time for our food. they can’t take two second to ask us what we need after waiting at the counter for so long but they can stand in the back yelling and cussing at each other.

Wish I could leave less stars... Everything about it was horrible not only for me but everyone there.... Don't plan on trying to talk to anyone to order or ask questions, that no longer exist. Employees yelling cursing each other.. you also can't pay cash anymore I guess inside... Since they don't have a front customer service attendant or manager I guess.... Must order and pay a to kiosk which is card only

Literally the slowest fast food in the 757. Don’t bother going at night. You can make your family a full three course meal in the amount of time you’ll be waiting on your food. I’ve worked in drive thrus as a teen and if i worked half as slow as these people i would’ve been out a job Lol.

Ants on the soda machine dirty on the floor. The food took to long to come out order kiosk wasn't working. No lids for the cups. Bathroom stinks and dirty. Chairs and tables were dirty and sticky. French fries were stel and cold

Service is absolutely appalling. Me and a crowd of customers have been waiting here for +20 minutes. I am disgusted by the manager who upbraided a customer right in front of me while everybody waited. Gross. Pick somewhere else.

Lakeisha gets 10000/10000 her voice is so so good and she's so nice and professional in the drive through. She sounds like an AI and has the next 9 generations down pat. Yall at corporate McDonald's got to invite her to work over there at corporate or get her on a commercial and make her voice the voice of all the AI drive throughs for the company. She's fantabulous. She makes all the customers happy and is so efficient never get rid of Lakeisha.
Waited for almost half an hour for my curbside order, went to the front desk, staff was rude, dismissive and unapologetic. Guy who finally brought my order was apologetic.

I visit this location very frequently since is close to home and work. Have given them many opportunities to make it right, but finally decided to write this review. Service is always terrible, even when I'm the only customer. They can't get it right. 👎

Apparently they do not give receipts anymore. After the machine didn't print my receipt I asked for it. The cashier did not know how to print it out. Even the manager didn't know how to print it out. So they just walked away and never addressed the issue at all. Maybe something small to complain about, but I think it's reasonable to ask for a receipt.

All I asked for was some ketchup from a Manager and he said I cant help you im off. Then I told him I need some ketchup. He then gave me 4 packets and said just so you know im off and left. Really pissed me off
