I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff was rude and dismissive, and there was a long wait after being told to pull into a parking spot for my food. When the order finally arrived, it was incorrect.
To make matters worse, this was a mobile order, which ended up taking 45 minutes to prepare—completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. No apology, no urgency, and no accountability from the staff.
Long waits, wrong orders, and poor customer service have unfortunately become the norm here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for quick or reliable service.

Seriously DONT DO IT!!!!
Ordered for curb side on the app. Dispute the app stating for issues and refunds the store issues them… the store refused even though I waited as a dozen cars in the drive through … then told they don’t do curb side and yelled from the window that I needed to join the now much longer drive through line. Did that to then be handed 20 min cold food…. Seriously….. DONT DO IT… corporate should pull this franchise license!!!!

The employees are downright rude. I got yelled at through the drive thru intercom when they could have politely relayed that i could not use the drive thru. I then proceeded to make a curbside order and was yelled at multiple times through the drive thru window to come inside and place an order. Because I was yelled at multiple times i did not feel safe walking into the establishment alone.

I live right down the street from this McDonald's and my family and I come in to eat or pick up food from the drive thru regularly. In all those instances, I have never had an issue with food, service or atmosphere (prices are another story, but heck, that's nationwide and business-wide lol).
But I would always recommend this McDonalds.
Clean, great staff, consistent quality (I emphasize the word CONSISTENT as I think a lot of food service businesses lack this. This McDonald's has consistent quality with regards to all aspects of this rating. Stop in and check them out for yourselves!

over 50% of our order didn't arrive staff was rude we didn't get any fries no straws no napkins and one of our drinks was spilled and upside down. Do not recommend. The wait was also 25 minutes. When we went back to get them to correct our order it took another 30 minutes, the food was lukewarm, they still forgot the drinks, no napkins, messed up multiple of our orders again. Additionally they gave us 20+ straws as a final.act of passive aggresiveness.
This is a disgrace of a McDonalds. I ordered 10 mcdoubles for myself at 1150 and they arrived at 1230. WHAT IS FAST FOOD?? There were no straws for my drinks and all the sauce was missing. Moreover, the fries just disappeared and all the food was cold.

I’ve never been to a mcdonald’s that moves slower than a snail. their workers talk to the customers like they know them and they always have loud music playing in the kitchen and they can barely hear the orders. I’m never coming back to this mcdonalds again! This is beyond a horrible establishment
