I’ve never been to a mcdonald’s that moves slower than a snail. their workers talk to the customers like they know them and they always have loud music playing in the kitchen and they can barely hear the orders. I’m never coming back to this mcdonalds again! This is beyond a horrible establishment

Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Drive thru time was ridiculous, only to get nothing but attitude by the second window. Then. THEN. My double quarter pounder was raw. Not pink. Not slightly undercooked. Raw. Got refund and left. The place needs to close

Ordered thru the app ... sat in a curbside pickup spot for over 30 min ... watched multiple vehicles pull out of the ridiculous drive thru line without placing orders ... employees have zero sense of moving with a quickness here.

Ridiculous. My family waited about 50 minutes. Sister was starving. After 50 minutes my sister went inside and they just gave the order to her. Guess they didn’t want to bring the food out. The cars behind and in front of us were all leaving because of the ridiculous wait.

The drive thru was packed out she was fast with a smile. Didn't get her name but she had dreads and glasses! A beautiful personality and quick service

Consistently gets orders wrong, after you wait forever for your food. For the amount you'd spend here, you're better off going to a restaurant or preparing a meal at home. There is nothing convenient or value-based about going to McDonald's.
I use go from Norfolk (E Little Creek and Shore Drive) to VB during late nights around 12 to 1 am because the McDonald's near the Naval Base and Food Lion was so terrible, they got shutdown.
But after the late night management left, the whole system out there when down hill.
The fries are cold, they keep forgetting my sauce, the guy at the window keeps yelling at the cook for orders.
There's no moving with a purpose until the line gets to long, then everyone's stressing out and rushing to catch up.
The worse McDonald's I witnessed was on E little Creek and Shore drive. I know because I lived across the street from them for 35 years. So I've seen the rise and fall of them. They was so bad, I could drive out my way to another down the road.. Come back.. And the car that was in line, would still be in line.
And they would also have cold fries and even get your order wrong, while no sauce that you asked for.
VB McDonald's... Don't be like them.. Cause you're really getting to that point.

Typical Mcdonald's is the easiest way to describe. Good location near I-64 and an empty lot next door. No issues with the employee we interacted with. Here is something that doesn't matter but perplexed me....there was a tv in the seating area....awesome....but it was Sunday afternoon why was espn 2 on instead of nfl football?! That's not a real complaint just an over zealous fan's viewpoint.

They closed the lobby 20 mins early, spent over an hour in line just to get cold food thats been sitting, they had bags lined up, but employees were all standing around talking and laughing.
