I'm giving this particular McDonald's restaurant 3, only because I understand how busy it really gets at times. The afternoon and evening crew are night and day to the early mornings.. The morning manager is the rudest woman I've ever encountered at ANY McDonald's, and I've been to many in my life. She will walk right past you, ignore you and then throw your bag on the counter and turn around. This hasn't only happened to me here, but a friend of mine as well. We both take out business next door or across the street in the mornings now. One morning I was there to pick up a Door Dash order at about 7:15a.m. the front door was cracked open with the lock. I went inside because it said the inside opens at 7a.m. and the same rude manager yelled at me for coming inside and told me to go through the drive through, so I did, which was a very long line. I got up to the windows and she told me I'd have to go BACK though the drive through again because the order wasn't ready. I ended up wasting A LOT of time and pulled up front and ended up canceling the order, which made my completion rate decline and made me lose money. When I mentioned what happened to an evening time worker, they knew EXACTLY who I was referring to, and told me a lot of people have issues with her. I don't understand why she still has her job if the issues with her are abundant!!

Went to the drive thru today and one lane was block because a worker was in the way so I went to the other one. The girl told me to wait so I did two other cars went into the first lane and she served them first when I said I was still waiting and was there first she said yah I will be with you in a minute. So I left very angry.

Ordered 10 piece chicken McNugget meal with a large fry and a large Hi- C orange in the drive-thru, service was very quick. Employee greeted me at the window. Area of improvement: after receiving my french fries after I drove off, upon tasting them (cold), I immediately returned to the drive-thru window and requested new french fries. The employee immediately replace the french fries with no problem.

My child got onions on her burger... again and my large order of French fries was not even half full. I got all the way home before I realized. Still not sure why I keep going back, last time they had no carbonation and the time before that they refused my $50 dollar bill even tho my change was like $25. They always fix what that can but there's nothing worse than getting home, sitting down to eat and you have to leave again because your kids food is wrong

severely understaffed it breaks my heart for the workers. ordered curbside, waited over 45 minutes and food was not only never brought out but the doors had been locked early plus the drive thru was slammed with minimal workers working. waited an additional 15 minutes in drive thru before decided to just give up on getting food and consider the money a loss. have NEVER in my life had this bad of an experience at any mcdonaldâs in the country.

This is the worst McDonaldâs in VB by far. Nobody here cares about anything. No matter what time of day it is or what you order, the food is cold, dry, and terrible. There isnât a single redeeming quality about this location, because nobody from the part time employees up to management cares about cleanliness, good customer service, hot food, quality, nothing. Everyone here should be embarrassed and ashamed of the product they put out. They need to shut down. Limp, cold scraps for fries, dry, cold burgers. Straight garbage.

Place is getting real horrible with their poor quality foods. The Mcdouble and Cheese Burgers along with the Big Mac all share the same patty and their is no flavor, The only ones that have any taste is the Quarter Pounder with cheese in which the beef ain't frozen and is served fresh. Even the French fries lack any flavor or taste. Your better off going somewhere else or just staying home and cooking up your own burgers.
