Out of holiday specials. You think they could put up a sign saying sold out. I order snack wrap meal with no cheese- both had cheese & no lettuce. Luckily I don’t have a severe allergy to dairy. I should’ve checked order before I left but drive thru was nuts & lobby was too.

Manager here light brown hair lady name unknown works am was shouting at the employee and fussing for about 5 mins straight in front of me and others . She is highly unqualified to be a manager with her attitude. Was before noon when I arrived and I wish I got her name . The staff was nice and calm not sure how they work under her. Will never go back !!! Cashier was quiet and calm wish I could say the same for the rude management!!!

I don’t expect much from fast food. But even with a low bar this location is an embarrassment. More than 15 minute cook time for a happy meal and a sandwich. Poorly made, some overcooked, some undercooked. No one running register. Table tent service by touchscreen is for staff to bring out order when done. Written in the table tents. No one running food. Dirty tables and chairs. No management intervention which is more likely the cause than the kids doing the actual work. Among the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited.
