Don't like the order board machines, miss the personal touch...French fries are usually Hot, sometimes they can be Hot on top and as you eat, cold at the bottom of your bag. Big Mack sometimes is not made Hot and the bun is hard. Same with the Chicken Nuggets and you order the sauce, napkins and don't get it .. the line can be long and they move you along with your order out of the window, don't give you time to check all your orders.

Night Manager that was on shift tonight is always a sweat heart and great at taking care of business. Something is always messing up and she handles it cool, collected, and effectively. Most importantly with compassion towards her new to working employees. Props to her and best wishes towards a bright future. Could see her in an HR position.

Me and 5 other people ordered our meals on the same tab and didn’t get any sauce, when we asked for some we were offered one and anything more we would be charged for, the hot fudge sundae was not even half full when given to us
This is the ONLY McDonald’s that charges for a single cup of sauce. I got 2 order of fries, and I couldn’t get 2 sauces. The manager said it has to be for nuggets. Or it’s 10 cents. No other McDonald’s in Virginia Beach is like this. Terrible.

Food came out quickly enough and was what I had ordered. I placed my order so that it would be brought to my table, the kiosk even gave me a locator but they still called for me to come pick it up. No music and the location itself is very bland and lifeless. Just go through the drive
