literally asked for 3 sandwich’s plain and didn’t get one like I asked.

Idk what with FAST food restaurants here in VA but it shouldn't take over 20 minutes to get food especially when your 4 in line. I wouldn't mind if it was a rush but it wasn't and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please hire a store manager that cares about efficiency.

As shown in the pictures, this was absolutely disgraceful! After a long wait time, I'd figure all the food would be cooked properly. Cold/raw fries and RAW burger. Insanely disgusted by this McDonald's

Sat in line over 20 minutes. I’m not sure if anyone actually got their food in front of me or just left after realizing they were wasting their life in that line like I did. Long wait times should be communicated at time of order at least. After reading the reviews of people who got their food after waiting like I did I decided it definitely wasn’t worth it. Do something. If you don’t have the staff, close. Bring managers in. Something.

I actually am baffled at the experience I just had at this McDonald’s. Ordered a Spicy chx meal which was roughly $14. But instead received a cold small fry, a 4 piece nugget and a burger. My first mistake was not checking the bag until I got all the way home. I was so hungry and so annoyed that I drove all the way back. Not only was food they gave me still wrong, but the fries were cold AGAIN and the sandwich was pure rubber and burnt. The level of lazy to not even try to get the order right the second time or atleast edible is fully remarkable.. and not in a good way. I’m so beyond pissed that I will legitimately never go to a McDonald’s ever again. Not just this one.. no, this has ruined the entire franchise for me. What a shame dude. And btw did not get my money back. AND I should mention that even tho I so badly wanted to be a Karen. I was so polite and understanding.

Just ordered food and they said they had to cook chicken nuggets. The nuggets came to us ice cold. This location is horrible and they are very racist against white people. Went with my African American friend and she was treat with a red carpet treatment with hot food and I was given cold food. We did this on four separate occasions to test it out and every single time she was treated better. Today was the last straw and we will be calling corporate about their service!

My App wouldn't come up for days as I yearned for the $2 Sausage egg McMuffin. I am thankful this lady took out her phone to see if her phone was having the problems I was having, when NOT, she told me to reinstall the App, upon doing so, my app work reloading with past account

Night staff was terrible. Would not make a pot of coffee! We had 3 orders. Also the ice cream was broken. Guy at the front counter would not get the manager.
Never too return to this location, or maybe McDonald's ever? They just don't seam to care! I have been a Google reviewer for years, if I could give them a - star, I would!!

We had multiple unpleasant experiences in this location. I wish the manger can see this review because you done a horrible job for managing the workers inside. Not to mention the previous experience by getting the wrong food or missing food or “not hot” chicken nuggets, I just want to talking about the experience today.
I placed an order on the app and go pick up in the store. I waited for over 20 minutes in the store. I came up to the counter ask the employee since the customer after me already picked up their food. They just found out the somebody stole my order. And also, I order some jalapeño piece as well(it’s available online, so I just order it as side). After they redo the order, I asked them where is the jalapeño side. They said “we don’t have jalapeño for a long time and you paid to the app not to us”.
Wow, look at that brilliant attitude to a customer. I ordered it because it’s available on the app. If I pay for the item, you gotta give me the item or the refund.
After I insisted for refund, she was unwillingly taking the change from their register. (It’s not even 1 dollar but it’s my money, I don’t care it’s 1 cent or 1 dollar )
I know McDonald’s job is a temporary job, but the attitude and work quality like this won’t make you survive in any job.
Wish you guys have good life ( maybe not)
We are not going back to this location anymore.

Went to drive thru. By the time I got to 2nd window, they didn't have my order in system and hadn't taken my money. They were rude like it was my fault.
