I placed my order at 10:10pm. The order took 30 minutes for me to get it. When I checked the food my Big Mac was missing all of the extras I ordered and my cheeseburger had one pickle. I went back in to fix the food and it took another 10 minutes for them to get me my food corrected. The cooks still didn’t get my Big Mac right unless the extra cheese is invisible.

I waited 30 minutes for my takeout order. They were supposedly waiting on fries but nothing fresh about the fries I received. I was also missing the apples in the Happy Meals (ordered 2). I give the service an extra star for giving me the big bags and cup holders after asking if I would like. Not sure how I would have carried the order otherwise with 4 drinks, 2 combos, and 2 Happy Meals.

Hit or miss. They often mess up the order or forget items. I’ve had more than few times waiting for 20-30 minutes for a normal size order just to have it arrive either not fresh or missing items.

Arrived at 1:28PM. Customer for this Door Dash ordered a 10 piece Nugg meal + 2 cheeseburgers. Took until 1:46PM to get order. I could’ve made it faster.
Better off going somewhere else, the owner allows their customers to be exposed to its employees without any restrictions

I was not given a straw for my drink. The ice tea looks like nothing but water down tea. It was disgusting. No butter either. Drive thru you did a lousy job.

SLOW always. Been like this for years. Poorly managed and poorly ran. You’re better off going to another mcdonalds out of the way. And would not recommend ever delivering here for Uber or door dash.

The orders are accurate, the food hot and delicious, but the service slower than a iceberg. A normal drive thru line wait is 20 minutes, on a Friday or Saturday night, it's thirty plus. They need robots for the fry station or cashier, then transfer those people to other areas to speed up the service. Putting in your order via mobile doesn't save any time because you are in the same line as everyone else. Avoid this one unless you are going there at an odd time. Good luck.
