MOD Pizza

The food was alright. The customer service was atrocious and no one spoke like even when I said something the lady at the counter just looked and me handed me my food and walked away. Usually people speak when you walk into an establishment or speak back when you talk to them like I don't know if things work differnt here but it was very awkward and I didn't like it.

Ordered pizzas watch 12 customers come in order get thiers and leave. Hour later getting it ready!!! Told me they were online orders as I sat and watched

My boyfriend and I came into this location today (10/30) at 7:45 pm with our friends. The sweet young girl taking our order seemed like she was a little overwhelmed and at first I thought she was just new… but after observing the man working with her, I realized she was being bullied by him IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. He was shaking his head critically and berating her for her spelling on tickets and standing too close to her…. Just really ugly and aggressive bullying behavior. She was obviously very stressed by his criticism so it was a blessing that he ripped his gloves off and stomped to the back for some unknown reason. Our group of 4 was really astonished by his terrible behavior and mentioned it to the other young lady working who said she was a manager. She was also very sweet but seemed a little unsure of how to manage such an aggressive older man. And to top it off, he wasn’t wearing a Mod hat… it was from Little Caesars. Honestly he would probably do better in a back of house position. If you have any questions or require additional information, I would be happy to provide as it was very disturbing for us to watch a woman be treated in such an awful manner at her place of employment. We were so sad for her.

Let down by poor phone operator management. A simple misunderstanding with Grubhub left me and my family without our meal as they were unwilling to take responsibility and help out. Do not trust delivery times as they do not update any 3rd party apps and just turn drivers away when they can’t keep up with orders. Disappointed is an understatement as I had heard good things.

Create your own pizza is a great deal. I got extra cheese, extra sauce, mushrooms, minced garlic and pepperoni! It tasted great! I was very happy with the pizza. Definitely recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised that a chain pizza place would actually make a decent PIZZA! With the build your own option, I opted for white sauce, garlic sauce, artichoke, basil, mozzarella, and sausage, with fig glaze. While the crust didn't do it for me, the rest of the pizza was pretty good. I definitely liked the 'build your own' option. I'm curious if anyone has ever ordered every single option and how that turned out.. Might have to give it a go sometime. We ordered online, and the pickup in-house was easy and pleasant. I only saw one young man at the counter. He informed me of the drinks placed in the order. I will definitely let my friend treat me to dinner here in the future.

Sucks because I love mod pizza but the service tonight was RIDICULOUS! I get if you’re having a bad day but being in customer service myself that was unacceptable.

Brought my family in from out of town bragging about mods and was super disappointed in the service or lack there of. Got some of our order wrong and it wasn’t worth going back in dealing with the employees.

Wish we would have spent our money elsewhere.

Such a great concept in fresh ? pizza. You can add as little, as much, or as many toppings as you like.
The service here was amazing!!
