Moe's Southwest Grill

Food was barely warm. No “welcome to Moes - service was less than stellar. Bathroom needed a good cleaning. Positive - music was good.

Food was good, honestly I had a coupon so thats the reason I went. But overall service was quick and friendly. Store is clean and nice. I got a steak burrito, and it was pretty good.

Better then chiptole so good

Food was fine but service was completely terrible. We ordered online and they lost the order. We waited another 15 minutes after our pick'up time before the staff even started making it. Others waiting for online orders were experiencing the same situation. On top of that, the manager was not helpful once we presented the receipt because the order was prepared wrong. Will certainly not be ordering online again.

This restaurant is slowly going down hill. Customer service seemed very irritated with me order my food. They serve very little portions of everything even after asking for extras. I had more peppers then chicken or rice. Chips where VERY Old and hard. THIRD and last time I will be visiting.

I went to a different establishment, but the service wasn't comparable. These guys definitely perform well in customer service, and my food was absolutely good.

Everyone was nice as can be when I picked up my order that I placed on line. After driving the 6 miles home I start digging in to my Homewrecker as usual, and..ERRRR. THE PEPPERS AND ONIONS AREN'T COOKED AND MOSTLY HUGE, The rice was like a rice patty, and don't think they tried cutting the cilantro either. I deliver for every day and see why I don't get many orders from this location. Did another survey like requested. STILL no email response

Since Google Maps often asks me for a review about this place, I am leaving this little post.
I work in a food delivery business and sometimes I receive orders from here. The valuable employees are extremely kind and polite people and they always treat me with a smile. As a food delivery person, this is not something I encounter very often and the friends here make me feel welcome. Unfortunately, I am not a person with the status to eat here, my income does not cover it, so I cannot comment on the food and service. But from what I observe from time to time, everything seems to be fine. I would like to thank the friends who work here and always smile.

In a world where Chipotle exists, I will start doing coming here more. Reasonable prices and delicious food. Ironically, Chipotle and Moes are in the same parking lot

The team members are always so attentive.

Moe's used to be my favorite spot to grab lunch in VB. The employees are always nice and I love the amosphere, however the food recently has just not been it. The rice was way underseasoned, as well as the chicken, and the veggies were bland. I left the restaurant wishing I just made lunch myself.
I've gone twice and its been the same both times, I'm not sure if I plan on coming back. Hope things get better.
