Moe's Southwest Grill

Me and my family walked in all excited, but they didn’t say “welcome to Moe’s” or anything for that matter. All of the chicken was burnt and they didn’t even ask if they could remake it. Instead when I mentioned it looked really burnt he said “only a little”, it was clearly burnt. When we decided to go somewhere else because of the poor food quality all three workers started laughing at us. They aren’t professional or nice at all. Me and my family were really disappointed.

I’ve never ordered a large queso and received such a small amount of chips. What a waste of my money.

Worst service ever! We were never acknowledged, NOTHING FROM THE STAFF AND THEY WERE RUDE! When we said something about it the only excuse we got from an old caucasian man that i believe was the manager was, “ I told her (the young girl at the front who said nothing to us at all) I’d be right back.” We waited about 15 mins to be spoken to by staff and this is the worst service i have every had and the worst excuse ive ever heard. Will not be back and if i could give -5 for everything i would.

Food was still good but took forever to get! Seemed like there were only two people (white young guys) that knew what they were doing. They also let my food sit on the bar for about 15mins waiting on everything else to cook, and also skimped me on the steak portion for my stack

I went to this Moes with my kids and have three coupons for Joey jr and told me they don’t sell them anymore and would not give me any thing as a replacement and the service was terrible and the people were not very kind/nice

Great experience. Portions were great for myself and two kids. Other reviews say portions are light but I don't agree. Three staff working tonight gave great service as I haven't been to a Moe's before. I had no idea how to order. I would return for sure but I'm just not a big fan of the food. It is very customizable so maybe I just made my crunch wrap thing wrong.

I think, after multiple door dash orders and especially as of the most recent two orders, Moe's is the measurement tool for shrinkflation when comparing to other places to get food (grocery or restaurants). The amount of food, the quality of the food, and the price point are so far divorced from each other that I'm considering grabbing the ingredients myself to do a cost-benefit analysis with consideration of what I value my hourly rate at. The only savings grace for continuing to order from this robbery of a chain is that sometimes my wife wants it, otherwise I'd never order it again.

For anyone who is wonder what may be better - plaza degollado is superior in every way - better price, better ingredients, fresher real food.

TERRIBLE. SERVICE. i placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 8:25pm. Got there at 8:30, wasn't ready, and there was only 2 people ahead of me. It was FINALLY ready at 8:40, and all of it was wrong..absolutely nothing about it was correct. I only ordered 1 taco and 1 kids burrito and half the stuff I ordered wasn't even in there. The real kicker was when I asked one of the employees if my order was ready yet at around 8:35, and he blatantly ignored me. Straight up just looked at me and looked away. Luckily, 5 minutes after that it was ready. Wouldn't go here again..which is unfortunate because this Moe's used to be my go-to..terrible now.

This just isn't the Moe's that it used to be. The staff is not as friendly. The food is dry and not as good as it was. I'm very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money and my time going somewhere that didn't seem to be too happy we were there when no one else was there, and getting food that quite honestly wasn't worth the amount I paid for it! Don't think I will be going back to this location, and maybe any location if the food is the same across the board.

We went on Monday to get the MO Monday dinner..my husband signed up for the app..he got the free Queso cup..when we got our food and the receipt we were charged full price for our burritos ..which our burrito should of been $7.99 each..when we told the employee about the mistake he said we got the free queso for joining the app..so we couldn't get $ 7.99 deal on the burrito..it doesn't say anything about that on the sign on the window...very disappointed in the service

Moe's is always top shelf... Good people and great food... Plus, if they can put up with me and my crazy orders,.. they can take care of anybody!!!
