Moe's Southwest Grill

I really like Moe's. It's not authentic, but definitely worth getting. It's tasty - yum. I gave 4 stars because I had a problem with my order for a group and didn't have time to get it taken care of. However, the catering manager promptly solved the problem. When I don't want to cook, this is one of my go-tos.

Was not at Moe's actually went inside ABC store right next door, which I was very pleased with ABC clean wonderful very helpful employees.

steak was way to sogy and just threw the whole burrito off, the staff today amazing just the steak was a flop same for veggies

Came into Moe’s about 15 minutes before closing and was still greeted with kindness and great service! 🙌 The chips were fresh and extremely hot 🔥 (just the way they should be) and everything tasted great. I really appreciate the team for their cooperation and positive attitude even at the end of a long shift. Honestly, they’re doing a fantastic job I think everyone deserves a raise! 👏👏

My first visit. Pretty good food with non spicy selections.
Im not a guacamole fan but theirs is really good. The queso cheese dip was also great not to spicy hot. Ill definety visit again.

Leaving a comment won’t change anything but I’m going to do it anyway. I paid for extra meat but what I got is regular portion size. First two times the portions were really good. This third time, very unsatisfying. Please have some standards on how much meat goes into a bowl.

In 🪑 chilling doing my zoom call very nice 👍🏾 place... unlike McDonald's Ben Fitzpatrick is not there Travis the MOD them two people OMG....... Moe's is great 👍🏾

Me and my family walked in all excited, but they didn’t say “welcome to Moe’s” or anything for that matter. All of the chicken was burnt and they didn’t even ask if they could remake it. Instead when I mentioned it looked really burnt he said “only a little”, it was clearly burnt. When we decided to go somewhere else because of the poor food quality all three workers started laughing at us. They aren’t professional or nice at all. Me and my family were really disappointed.

Worst service ever! We were never acknowledged, NOTHING FROM THE STAFF AND THEY WERE RUDE! When we said something about it the only excuse we got from an old caucasian man that i believe was the manager was, “ I told her (the young girl at the front who said nothing to us at all) I’d be right back.” We waited about 15 mins to be spoken to by staff and this is the worst service i have every had and the worst excuse ive ever heard. Will not be back and if i could give -5 for everything i would.
