We got a good amount of food. And we rated nothing above 5 except for the drinks. The chicken and rice were really bland. And the workers didn’t say a word the entire time we were there. The place was dead quiet except for the ads that would play over the speaker.

Fresh poke ingredients and great alternative menu selections like the curry shrimp with fried rice. Awesome flavor & nice sized shrimp! Although my cucumber salad was diced vs sliced (online pic) it was still refreshing & flavorful.
There is a mandatory tip with no way around it, no matter if you pay cash or card and you are just buying a $6 drink you will pay an additional 10% mandatory tip fee

I've been here dozens of times. I just ordered my usual seafood ramen and added extra crab meat. I get home and find out they didn't put the egg in that comes with it every single time. Probably gonna find another ramen place if I can't count on one single item I order to be

Food was delicious. Ordered spring rolls and those were fresh. Ordered a sweet tea n that was fresh n delish. HOWEVER floor was dirty and bathroom? YUCK! Not clean need more staff and didn't like that they forced tip. Will I come back here? I want too but I just can't do dirty :(

Walked in to this place for the first time and received zero welcome greet from the staff. Attempted to place an order on their iPad and as I proceeded to complete my order they force you to select a tip % amount. Huge turn off by that especially when I’m doing the order placing for them with zero interaction with the staff. I left the place and will never come back to again

This place has really good food! But someone please fix the inconsistencies between the menu in the restaurant and the online order system. I should be able to order a large poke bowl with 4 protiens according to the menu but am not able to using the online ordering system. They will not take my order in person. So a menu item is effectively unorderable. Fix this, please.
I ordered ramen from here with a veggie, miso base but with beef. Sooo delicious! It was my first experience with ramen from a restaurant and I enjoyed it a lot. It came hot and with the ingredients separate from the soup like I’ve seen it. So good!

There are frequent inconsistencies. Packaging changes and portion sizes fluctuate as a result. Also, they changed their korean beef to a shaved beef with the consistency of a rubber band and tastes totally different. Stopped ordering my favorite poke bowl because of it.

Coming here and having been to Ramen places on the West coast they are way over priced, their boba cost alot more than it should too along with I bought two things and it cost me $24 not including the mandatory courtesy tip that wasn't stated before hand. I personally won't come back to this place the food wasnt't worth the cost. Seeing how everything was just layed outside of the kitchen it didn't look sanitary much either.

sushi tastes really bad. if i could get a refund i would but i cant. sushi and crab rangoons are trash. get better

I watched the girl making my smoothie taste it with a spoon, then rinse it off with water and use that same spoon to pour it into my cup. I used to work in the food service and that’s not cleaning. Unsanitary. Will not come again.
