Nando's is right in line with the type of food we like. Chicken, rice, sauces, veggies.Hubs stopped in while I was shopping a few months ago and I joined him afterwards.He dined in, out on their nice patio, and had a chicken entree with rice. It was pretty good. I chose to order a salad with chicken to go. It took a long time, didn't look at all like the photo, and didn't have all the ingredients listed on the menu (a huge pet peeve of mine).I wasn't super impressed with the prices/food so we probably won't come as frequently as we thought we would to begin with.

I was somewhat skeptical of trying this location conifers some of the reviews, however I went about 35 minutes before closing and they had all items on menu. I just had to wait about 15 minutes for fresh chicken. They did advise as to what was available, but I didn't mind the wait. Food was excellent, chicken fresh. The only thing I wish is if they had some sort of salsa and if the side portions were a little larger. Like a scoop of rice is tiny with an entire chicken for the family. Overall recommend and hope to see this place continue to expand

Use to be a regular here. Brought my mom & son here for dinner tonight waited 45 mins for our order to be ready. Not only that but I had my toddler with me & as it was starting to get chilly outside we came inside to wait for our order & the lady at the front had a major attitude towards us / I assume bc my kid was restless/cranky/hungry- which is why I chose to come here so we could eat outside without disturbing others. Will not be coming back.

I was so disappointed in the food!! The chicken was dry, flavorless and burnt! The best thing was the fries and garlic bread!! I understand that they were busy however that is no excuse to serve food in that condition. NEVER

I leave this review with much disappointment. My first experience was SO much better. Yesterday the location opened late at 1pm, fine some things can't be helped and everyone knows restaurants are often short staffed these days. We had a birthday lunch date there with a favorite colleague who was meeting us there also at 1pm so we decided to wait rather than figure out last minute where else to go. Still I was prepared to go in totally forgiving of the delay. Walk in and there's a half gone Starbucks drink and clipboard on the first table (we sat at second table and that drink was there the entire time - sloppy). Ordered halloumi to start that dare I say was cold but again, I really wanted to cut them some slack. The in app ordering wasn't working so my husband went to order at the counter for me. For a place that only serves chicken, they were shockingly out of chicken breast so my poor husband tried to do the right thing and accepted thighs as a suggested replacement. It was not nearly the same on a chicken "burger". I ate half of it and will likely throw the other half away. I wasted half of my undrinkable frozen cocktail that cost $8. By undrinkable I mean it was so thick it literally wouldn't go through the straw (paper or plastic). This was after I put water in it to try to salvage it. My husband wanted the corn, they were out of that too. Just all in all a very disappointment experience. Sad to say I won't be returning even though I was so excited for months for this place to finally open last year. I'm also feel *embarrassed* because I was the one who recommended this spot for lunch yesterday. In hind sight, I wish they'd just stayed closed and we would have simply chosen somewhere else to go. It was an appreciated gesture they gave us a bogo entree coupon for the delay in opening, however I don't know that I even want to return to use it. I hope this doesn't happen again, hope Nandos sticks around but it's gonna be a long time before I give it another try, especially when VB Town Center is usually just a couple blocks I have to drive around, it not a desired destination.
Omg! The Manager Melanie went truly above and beyond to offer the most amazing first experience. She offered wonderful recommendations of what to order on the menu (which we followed), and she let us have a small sampling of the Lavender and Pineapple lemonade. To suggest the best dessert based on what we were in the mood for. Never have I ever received such outstanding customer service! Melanie is running an incredible restaurant!!!
Our server was the Manager named Melanie. She went above and beyond to make sure my first time here and first experience at Nando's was top notch. From her friendly and attentive customer service to her knowledge of the menu and recommendations, Melanie was the best part of the experience. She truly set the bar high for expectations moving forward and I am so glad she was the one who assisted me from the moment I was seated to the moment I got up to leave. She's the perfect example of the quality service Nando's has to offer and I will most definitely be back because of her.

Overall, the food was good, and the service was fine, but I wouldn't eat in the restaurant again. It was extremely difficult to hear the staff explaining the ordering process or taking my order at the register. I couldn't even hear them when they brought the plates to the table. It was like the whole restaurant was on low volume. For the price? The chicken quarter was small (I got the Mango flavor), sweet potatoes were a bit underdone, and the cauliflower was fine. I'm not going to rush back, but it's a meal I didn't have to cook, so that's a win.
