My place to go when I'm craving a New York style pizza. Been going there for years and still the same great tasting food. Highly recommend.

We tried to order pizza at 7:30pm before they close at 8pm. The woman who answered the phone was very nice. But her boss, maybe the manager, said they would not deliver even though we were about 5 miles away (within their 5 mile delivery range) and we could not order for pick-up because they said we could not get there in 30 minutes, which makes no sense. No idea if the food is any good. Maybe I should be happy we didn't just drive there to arrive at 7:45pm only to be told we can't order because it would not be ready by 8pm.

Spinach Florentine pizza is so good! Focaccia style crust really brings the flavors together. This was my first time trying Napoli's, but it's definitely top of my list in VB now.

No extra cheese when requested. Could have made this ant home. Any other pizza place would be better.

After a long drive today, we didn't feel like cooking. I was craving pizza earlier, so that's what we chose. I normally always want the margherita pizza, but today I wanted pepperoni. I added garlic too because I was feeling fancy. It was yummy and definitely hit the spot. A little greasy, but I did get extra pepperoni so it's to be expected. It was still amazing though. Grease and all. Hubby got the spinach florentine with sausage today. He loved it. We love napolis. I've never been inside since hubby always picks it up, but he said it's mostly a pickup joint with a few tables. Def our fav in the area.

I just bought a house 5 minutes from here and was looking for a local pizza place to frequent. This looked like it could be the spot.Ordered a stromboli and large pepperoni for pick up. When I arrived the gentleman at the counter was having a conversation on his phone on speaker. He did not initially greet me.After waiting for him to wrap up his conversation, I guess now I may introduce myself— so I did.He calls me a door dasher. I ordered off of GrubHub, but I am not a door dasher. I do not correct his error. He’s already shown he cannot properly greet his customers. After retrieving my order he hassles me to show him my order on my phone as if I am stealing food from his establishment. I guess providing my name and the exact items I ordered were not enough. That is when I tell him I am not a door dasher. I tell him to please give me my food. He then tells me he still has to check.I order food off Uber Eats and GrubHub probably 10-15 times a month. Never am I confronted at the place of pick up with some employee going through my phone so that I may get my food. And I think when they receive the order it tells them if a customer is picking it up or a delivery person. This guy is ridiculous and lacks customer service skills. I’m not sure if he treats everyone likes this or maybe I didn’t fit his profile of someone who deserved good service.

Stopped in at 7:17pm. Said it was too late to be served. They closed at 8pm. Won't be back!

Small, decorations, no ambiance, can't see the man behind the counter, and yells to the person

Such a hidden gem! Love the pizza!! Take a step away from these traditional chain places and step into Napoli's!

Have only had pepperoni slices from this place but they were really good. Better than a lot of other places that sell slices in the area. Pizza tasted like it was made the same day unlike other places that really seem to always serve old reheated slices. Best part about this place was the employee, he was really friendly and positive telling my 7 year old they can be anything they want in life. Assuming he's probably the owner and for that I will stay supporting this spot!!

Fast in and out. Great eggplant manicotti. Simply a small neighborhood pizza spot.

Extremely rude gentleman working the front. Never smiled, greeted or provided any friendly customer service. After asking how many drinks we grabbed I told him and he proceeded to stop the transaction so he could count my family members drinks to see if I was lying. Food was unimpressive as well.Kid-friendliness: Not at all. Children we told they were not allowed out of their chairs. We will never return.
