Well the venue is nice, the way that you order things is weird you have to go inside and order at the bar and then they bring it out. They brought it out in plastic through a containers which is completely not environmentally friendly. And there was no need for it they could have brought it out any other different way. The fries are nasty. And everybody absolutely hates ketchup packets. Very small Coke

This place made me feel like I was in a daycare or at a kids birthday party. Children were running around unsupervised everywhere. I visit breweries often and love the fact that they are family-friendly, but this establishment seems to have lost focus of the atmosphere of a brewery. I couldn't even walk to my seat with my beer in my hand without almost getting knocked over and spilling it because of children literally running around. My fiancé and I were enjoying the shared fire pit space with a few friends and a family joins the fire pit, which is just fine, but they allowed their daughter to sit on the arm rest of my fiancés chair while he was sitting in it. To avoid confrontation, we just removed ourselves from the situation and attempted to move to the opposite side of the brewery, to find kids kicking a ball around the entire area. The staff seemed to be indifferent to the chaos instead of addressing the inappropriate atmosphere. They appeared to be more focused on accommodating families than maintaining the integrity of a brewery.
I was looking forward to trying the food because the menu had a lot of great options. I also liked that they had variety of drink options including seltzers, but we unfortunately had to leave because we were so frustrated with the lack of relaxation and children running and screaming... everywhere.
I would really recommend establishing a children's side separate from people trying to eat and drink while being unbothered.

Place does have a decent beer and very nice outdoors area. But they expensive. They serve 12oz plastic cups but charge 16oz pour.

Aggressively average food and beer. 50/50 nice or rude service from the bar on a Friday night. Charged us cover to eat inside away from the band. Don't plan on going back.

Gorgeous venue and facility, however their lack of non alcoholic beers is the reason for 2 stars. Asked for non alcoholic and the response was we have coke products. The amount of NA options now is so massive so very sad to see such a nice place have nothing to offer for NA beer drinkers.
Update! Due to the response from the owner I increased the rating. It sounds like they do have N/A beer but we’re out. I appreciate the clarification from the owner : )

Great drinks and amazing service! Spiciest bloody mary ever and was tipsy after just 1 (still had 2 more delicious drinks) the new realm vodka is great!

We had the most exciting Welcome Party event for our sons wedding at New Realm. Loren set it up and made sure that everything was fabulous! She and her team made our event better than we could have imagined. The venue. The food. The staff. 5 stars all the way!

Stopped by for lunch 10/11/24, told to take a seat anywhere (implies table service). A large group came in behind us and went straight to the bar to order. Went back to front of house staff person and asked about table service. She said, "no - you have to order at the bar."
Overall Rating is a 3 based on first impression of poor customer service training by management. Simply have your front of house staff ask patrons, "have you been here before?" If they answer "no," explain to them to sit wherever they like AFTER ordering at the bar. If they say, "yes" thank them for their return visit!
Will give it another go at a later date and update this review after trying the food and beer.
