Our party waited over an hour and a half to be seated. We were a party of 9, they advertised first come first serve, but they kept seating other parties that weren't even all present, for example seated a party of mine in front of our party, but only two people of that party was present. The rest of their party finally showed 45 minutes later. Very unorganized

Let's start with the Parking- Terrible unless you drive the tiniest compact car. Next Beer - strange choices, no good Lagers or Brown Ales, had a flight of fours beers and all four were warm, no where close to cold enough to enjoy. Appetizer - Calamari was good but the serving size was barely enough for two people, and why would you serve frigerator cold marina sauce with a hot dish, needs to be at least warm. Crab Cake - had a good taste, but it was cold. Fries - I personally hate those weird coated french fries, cheap frozen fry. Fried Shrimp - were excellent. Pasta -was excellent. Atmosphere is great, really nice place. Waitress - was great, friendly and energetic. The warm beer and food issues really brought down the experience and didn't provide any reason to come back, and was disappointing for the price it cost us.

This place is amazing! Great people, delicious food and lots of different beers. The “Mac & Rack” could have fed 4 people!!

While we didn't eat in, our experience here was very positive. Our host was very patient, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. The pastrami reuben, hangover burger and the godfather pizza were all delicious!!

Excellent every time! Diverse menu and always some interesting specials available. Drinks are great and the bourbon and beer selection is always fantastic. Be sure to check out the event space upstairs!

My friends and I came for dinner last night and it was great. Our server was Jackie and she was so friendly and efficient while being very busy. We had the chorizo eggroll which is perfect for 4 people. 2 of my friends had the lamb & gnocchi special, 1 had the short rib entree special and I had the stuffed chicken. It was all delicious!! We love a bread pudding and the eggnog bread pudding was something special!! New River is one of favorite places and this meal shows why.
