Not impressed. I ordered the spicy Korean steak noodles and they were drenched in way too much sauce and had like 5 little slivers of steak. The employees were nice but very unimpressed with the food.
I'll start by saying I love Noodles and Company. When we lived in Jacksonville, NC this was one of my favorite places to eat. However, we have given this location 2 attempts now, and both have not gone well.
First, their service is terrible. You get completely ignored and if you try to ask a question they act like you are an inconvenience. Their grilled chicken is incredibly chewy and rubbery, and the meatballs that came with the kids spaghetti and meatball were dry and hard. We attempted to go back again tonight for a second time to see if the first was a fluke. It was not. I waited 15 minutes past my pickup time to receive my food. I noticed them place a bag on the counter but not say anything to me or call a name. After the bag was taped off someone slid a kids juice box in, so I figured it might have been mine and went to check. I asked if everything was there and it was ready to take. The guy just stared at me for a second and then said yea and went back to what he was doing. I should have known better and checked, but I did not. I got all the way home, and we were missing one of our meals. The meatballs were burnt and hard again, and the chicken still rubbery. We also got cheesy bread, but it had an odd almost stale texture and the cheese just slid right off the top.
I tried calling multiple times about our missing food, but the phone just rings and eventually hangs up, it's impossible to get someone to answer.
Needless to say, I won't give this location another chance.
I just left here, got home food was wrong and they don't answer the phone when calling. Not wasting anymore money here
My review is primary for the Chicken noodles soup. I think it is better than Panera's by far . Nice perfectly cooked noodles and grilled chicken.
Update. 5/12/2025
The food is still great but for some reason they decided to use wide bowl as they do for the pasta dishes. This makes the soup cold before you can finish it. Bad change idea.
I ordered food via DoorDash delivery for me and my son (3yrs old) on Saturday 5/10/25. We ordered the Mac n cheese kids meal for him. Which comes with a choice of kids drink. We chose the chocolate milk. It was after 8PM so upon delivery I placed the milk in our fridge to drink later. This morning 5/12/25 I went to give him the milk with his breakfast. I took and sip and threw up immediately after . To my unfortunate surprise it was chunky and curdled. I checked the date it doesn’t expire until 3/17/2026. Which means the careless employees left the milk out and then refrigerated it later . Not only is this negligent but extremely dangerous. A huge food safety violation . They could’ve killed someone’s child or gotten them sick. I tried multiple times to call the restaurant to make them aware but they don’t even answer their phone . They let it ring and hang it up . I’ve notified corporate and plan to report them . I pray this place gets shutdown and they are held accountable. If you value your and your children’s safety stay away from this place !
It's good. The staf is friendly
I've never gotten the chance to eat here before and this place was so good i had to get something else the next day!
I had the cajun shrimp and the garlic bacon mac and cheese.
You can change out the noodles and add more toppings or protein or cheese. It's so flavorful and so good, this is definitely going to be my new go to place as a pasta lover!
Door dash messed up my order. Called Noodles and the guy that helped me was awesome!
The service in all of the locations I have ever been to is the best thing about this place. I think they hire very good employees, which is a huge compliment in today's service industry.
However, the product they put forth is just not worth it, sadly. I've gotten their pad Thai here three times in the last few months, at varying locations. There's NEVER enough sauce. My noodles were white and not soaked in sauce at all. Also, the limes they use are always disgusting and old. Buy fresh limes, for Pete's sake! My husband has lost his taste for this place too. They skimp on the chicken in the BBQ Mac and also the sauce.
For $28, you just don't get your money's worth here.
The staff was super friendly. This was our first time eating at a Noodles and Company. The guy came over and went over the menu. My husband has to eat gluten free and they were able to accommodate him. The kids loved the mac and cheese.
