Nothing Bundt Cakes

I ordered a 10” Lemon Raspberry Happy Birthday theme cake on 7/17/25 & picked it up yesterday 7/19/25. This cake is to celebrate my Mother-In-Law’s 99th Birthday. We just cut the cake & to my horror it is not a Lemon Raspberry! It’s a straight up plain ol’ Lemon flavor. I’m so upset, angry and so sad for my MIL. Lemon Raspberry is her absolute favorite & turning 99 years young she doesn’t ask for much. Your Lemon Raspberry was all she asked for this year.
Your Assistant Manager who helped me in the shop is an absolute delight! She went way above the usual customer service skills & made me fill as though it was my Birthday my family & I are celebrating. Obviously she had no idea like myself that I came home with a LEMON!
I’ve celebrated family birthdays with your shop for years. Even my daughter’s wedding cake in Aug. of 2022 was from your shop. Along with all the little cakes for the guest. I’m so disappointed that my 99 yer old Mother-In-Law DID NO GET her LEMON RASPBERRY! I’ll have to seriously think hard about continuing my family traditions at YOUR SHOP!

This location just lost a long time customer. My friend and I were out and wanted something sweet. She had never been to Nothing Bundt Cakes and I wanted her to try them, so we went in on 6/3 and purchased 2 small individual cakes totaling $14.38. Anytime I've purchased the little individual cakes before, not much larger then a cupcake, they came with plastic forks. I paid and told my friend I couldn't wait for her to try them, then asked the girl behind the counter for two forks. She said they no longer give out plastic forks, but that she could sell me a package of them if I wanted. I asked her if she was kidding and she said no, that individual dessert cakes no longer came with a plastic fork. I told her I would like an immediate refund, which she gave me. I wasn't going to argue or ask for a manager over it as I was just stunned that a plastic fork would even be an issue. Just on principle of terrible customer service or a ridiculous new policy, I will not be coming back to this store.

Haley refused to refund my order due to the false advertisement the store gave. I will no longer be coming to this establishment and will take my business to Paris baguette!

I placed order for Father’s Day gift on 5/31 because Nothing Bundt Cakes App notification stated that “Father’s Day is here” without even checking the calendar if Father’s Day was tomorrow…. I made a pickup for 6/1 at 11:45am. I noticed later on that I can’t cancel my order once is fulfilled. I checked Google Maps and it said Sundays they were closed. I wanted to show up on Monday in person as soon as the Store opening hours. I received a call from a person by a name of Haley that my Bundt Cake is ready to pick up and I told her my issue with the false advertising from the App Notification. She assured me that she will contact corporate to resolve the issue and put me on hold for a long time just to see if I can get a refund. I finally got answer but was told she wasn’t sure if she can proceed with the refund and asked if I can get a call back on following day Monday in the afternoon. I finally got that call back and was told that corporate can’t proceed with the refund this is a “Custom” order and nothing they can do. It’s basically a lemon cake how can it be custom. I told Haley to trash it and will contact my bank institution for a charge back.

It’s a cute little shop. Upon entering, i was greeted by a young lady Ayanna with a big smile. She was very knowledgeable about the various flavors even sharing her favorite. We have had the cakes from here previously but first time in the store. The cakes are always delicious. Hope to go again soon.

I went today with a digital buy one get one coupon, was told that particular store didn't honor it. Then I offered my punch card to receive ounces for my purchase and was told they didn't honor punch cards anymore and unfortunately all my punches would just be lost. Not a great experience today.

I have been frequenting from Florida to Pennsylvania. Love all the cakes. BUT MEG!!!! Absolute superstar. If I could hire her in my restaurant I would get 12 of her. Personality. Sincerity. Attention. Knowledge A+++++

This location has placed stipulations on the cup cake bag deal. They refused to offer the bogo that is offered with the purchase of the purchase of bag. They state that the offer is only available during special times of the year. When I contacted the corporate they informed me this was not true!!

We hired Nothing Bundt Cakes to provide 120 Bundtinis for our wedding, and everything was flawless from start to finish. We coordinated an easy store pickup, and our guests absolutely loved the confetti-flavored mini cakes—so much so that many went back for seconds and thirds!

We even stashed some away for ourselves to enjoy after the wedding, and they were just as delicious days later. We couldn’t be happier with our choice, and highly recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes for any special event!
