Pretty decent bagel place for not being in NY. Every visit I try something different and have not been disappointed. 🥯

Love this place. Bagels are delicious. Only complaint is they’re super expensive and they don’t cut your bagels when you order a half dozen, dozen, etc.

I really don't like to give people bad reviews, especially when the service has been good in the past. But this morning (9/11/2025) we wasted $11 on breakfast.
My husband brought back a cinnamon raisin bagel for me with what seemed like a pound of strawberry cream cheese on my bagel. Normally, I would be happy with so much on my bagel, however, I think it was mixed with something savory. It tasted like strawberry-onion, and I immediately became nauseous and threw it away.
My husband got a jalapeño cheddar bagel with bacon cream cheese - with a tiny bit of cream cheese (I think I got all of it) and he said it tasted greasy. He also tossed his bagel away.
I am not sure if the cream cheeses are made daily, but next time I will get something else.

Well today was my first try of this what seems like a very popular bagel place in my neighborhood. I decided to put in a pick-up order online. I got the Fried Egg bagel with cheese and sausage with a plain bagel. They made my food fast cause by the time I got there it was already bagged and sitting in the pickup section and I live across the street. That bagel was SO GOOD! My only issue is that there were eggshells in my sandwich. For a second I thought I chipped a tooth. So, I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. But everything else about my experience was great!

I ordered the platter with eggs scrambled, which were overcooked, home fries that look like french fries they had taken out of the fryer and put onto the grill for a minute. Totally in disgusting the amount of grease that was in them on them orange old grease that just ruined everything. The bacon tasted spoiled. I took one bite had to spit it out. The platter included a bagel with butter, which I fully expected to be on the side so that the bagel would be crunchy and toasty when I got it. The butter was on it And I don’t know why people enjoy drinking butter while they eat a bagel, but I’m not one of them. On the side, I ordered a French toast, bagel with cinnamon cream cheese, not only did I get plain cream cheese, which offsets the sweet and salty a little bit, But the bagel itself tasted nothing like French toast, and just all the way around, disappointing.

On quality alone, this place is an easy 5. I honestly feel bad giving it a 3 because it is so good.
The problem is that the wait times can be insane. I'm saying this from experience because we get food here frequently. Sometimes it can take over an hour. Not exaggerating. I've ordered for pick up and waited 45 to leave my house and showed up to still wait.
If the wait time was even reasonable, I would probably get a breakfast bagel sandwich here every Saturday morning.

This is my Thursday morning breakfast go to! Being from NY I certainly miss my bacon egg and cheese dearly. I will say, though, this is as close to home as iv been able to find so far living in VA! The price is a bit wild, but its quality & worth it every once in awhile for a lil taste of home.
