Ocean Grill Buffet

First time visiting was today and took a friend for lunch. They have the largest buffet I have ever seen All you can eat price. Plenty of food choices to pick from to choose anyone's pallet. I took many photos to give you a view of what it's like inside. Our waitress was excellent and very timely and efficient. Others came by also in case there was any issues or just in case my guest and I needed anything What more could you ask for.

We went to the dinner buffet and they never had any crab legs. They told us they only put so many out at a time. We waited patiently. Never came out but then they charged us each for crab legs saying they are included in price now because they can’t keep track of who gets them with their buffet. How can you charge us for something you never put out? I told the cashier and she said oh well those are the rules. We paid and left and won’t be back. None of the food was that great to be honest. Not for 26.00 a person.

The food is very delicious and there are lots of great options. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back!

Food was very fresh and there was a lot to choose from. Thanks to Cindy for her excellent service. Definitely recommend as a good buffet option.

The food and the sanitation was horrible the only good thing about it was the seafood boil and that was barely good. People were cross contaminating the utensils and grabbing the food with there bare hands. Also didn't care for the crab legs as there wasn't enough and the crab legs were over cooked so pretty much mush. This buffet is bound to get somebody sick from the lack of cleaning. Also the bathrooms was disgusting I would've be better off eating at McDonald's then wasting my money coming back to this place. YUCK!

I was highly disappointed. The presentation was delicious but every dish I tried (pork chops, various chicken, and dumplings) possessed a strange chemical flavor, with the exception of the white rice. I hoped the fruit bar would save the experience, but the fruit was chewy and off, appearing to have been poorly frozen and thawed.

Overall bad I ate some of the food and enjoyed it like the General Tso's chicken and then I ate other foods like the crab and the seasoning was nowhere to be found the catfish... done even get me started the desserts even worse the dessert looking similar to pie was dry the gelatin/Jell-O looked like if I ate it I would catch an 1000 year old disease the man on the habachi grill was doing very shady things to peoples food so I stayed away from him the servers gave me a difficult time and even seemed a little racist the atmosphere was loud and crowded there was food on the floor, children banging on things and screaming, and crawling on floors and I went to wash my hands in the restroom and I found a cockroach (ew) Overall the food is semi-decent, the customer service sucks, the atmosphere is even worse than the customer service somehow 1 star thank you

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I witnessed a man grabbing food out the serving pans with his bare hands and stuffing his mouth, he circled the entire buffet doing this before casually walking out. Obviously homeless; when I brought it to my servers attention, his response was that they know the guy is homeless and he comes in there on a regular to use the bathroom. Now Im like this is great, he does it all the time and he most likely used the restroom and who knows if he washed his hands; what homeless person cares about clean hands when they are starving; then comes to crab food to eat right at the buffet after using the bathroom. Food falling out his mouth back into the pans and all. The server told the manager and they did absolutely nothing. Putting everybody at risk for blood born diseases. OSHA needs to shut them down. If you get sick after eating here, you know why.

I ate here about a month ago for lunch and really liked the spot. Thought it was great for their Lunch prices. So I went back last night for the dinner and to check out the crablegs. They were busy and it's obvious they couldn't keep up. The sushi station was empty when we first arrived. And I got not 1 single crableg. They was bringing out 1 pan of crablegs like every 15 minutes and they were gone in seconds. I checked back about 4 times and each time the tray was empty. The bathrooms were nasty but it's probably because they had no one available to clean during the dinner rush. My waiter was handling a whole entire side of the restaurant which gave us a good wait time to get our check and go. But his customer service was really great! I don't know if they were just shorthanded last night but I paid crableg prices and didn't get what I paid for.

This place is bottom tier, the food is awful and the hibachi guy can’t hear for anything
