This buffet is the cleanest buffet I have ever been to. The food was fantastic and staff is friendly and quick.

I loved the fresh seafood. I specifically liked the roast duck, the flavor of the Cajun sauce with mussels, crawfish, and shrimp, as well as the steamed flounder. I would say it was worth it for me at a price of $26.99 for this Sunday buffet. The only thing I missed were a variety of beef dishes although there was beef broccoli. Will be back here again when I have a good appetite.

Good food, tons of food options. We didn’t eat the seafood so for us, we felt it was over priced. BUT if you do go, def take advantage of the seafood.

Chantel was an incredible server. She was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. She checked in at the perfect times without ever hovering, and she knew the menu well enough to give great recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. If you go, ask for Chantel. She made our visit way better than expected.

I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant, but there is a recurring issue that needs to be addressed. The person who cooks on the grill (the Latin gentleman) is consistently unfriendly, and his attitude directly affects the quality of the food. There were several times when he stopped cooking halfway and handed the food over undercooked. The seasoning is also very inconsistent — some portions are extremely salty, others are completely bland, and sometimes the spice level is uneven to the point of being unpleasant.
I should not feel uncomfortable or anxious about ordering food here, but his behavior makes the dining experience stressful. This is not a one-time issue; it has happened repeatedly.
This restaurant has a lot of potential and the rest of the staff is kind, but management really needs to address this problem. Customers should not have to deal with rude service or poorly prepared

When people talk, they don't really listen and if you tell them what sauce to put in, they say okay and just put whatever they want in. And after talking to them a few times, they start to frown and make food very carelessly. When you go there, you have to watch their mood and try to please them while eating. Otherwise, it'll come out really salty, or really bland.
Went here the other day for my wife's birthday. A lot of the food was raw and when I checked out they said they charged me someone else's bill and then expected me to then pay for my bill afterwards and told me the first bill will take 5 or more business days to be returned.

Salmon was good, pork dumpling was ok. Shrimp are not seasoned. Wontons are rubbery. Crab was not seasoned, soggy veggie eggroll. Hope this is not the best in Virginia Beach.
Found a fly in my son's mac and cheese. It was in the same batch the i had just eaten from. Instead of the manager making it right, she still tried to charge me for the food.

I love eating here and the staff are always so friendly and helpful! I went today and realized that this was not the case today. I am usually greeted by a Hispanic-looking male and an African American male, but today there was a lady here helping out that had her hair in two messy pigtails. She was on her phone, not helping her co-worker at all. Every time I got up, she was always thumbing away on her phone and not paying any attention to her customers. When she seated a customer next to my table, she had an attitude and rolled her eyes at them, and I could also hear some type of music coming from her glasses when she walked past. I would greatly appreciate it if this “worker” was addressed so she can provide better service next time, or just simply get rid of her because she is making the establishment look bad to customers coming in. First impressions last, and if that’s how a customer is greeted, they will most likely not want to come back. I would like to add that the Hispanic-looking male was working very hard and should be commended for his hard work and dedication to his job.
