Started off good with getting steamed crabs from the place. The other 3 times I tried them out all was a fail. Every time I call to complain the lady always hangs up being completely rude ! Never again.

Reasonably priced and large portions. The crab cake was a little too burnt for my liking. The shrimp was not seasoned, just breaded. However, the catfish was really tasty and thick. The whiting was thin and meh. Cabbage hush puppies and rice was ok and you can’t go wrong with cooking fries so I took the safe route with that. I wanted to get one of the other “soulfood” sides but when I seen large containers of cheese sauce sitting out, I knew what time it was. I’d go again but would only stick to what I know catfish n fries.

The young man in this establishment is the showstopper. Excellent customer service with a smile ?. I ordered the boneless chicken and French fries ? omggggg. Tasty, juicy, crispy, and ?. World's best kept secret. Will definitely go back.

Went there while getting my hair done at hair Art salon next-door. They talked about the wings so I tried them and they had Great food great service!! Really loved the garlic Parm and hot wings!!

The food was just okay . The biggest issue I have is these “scallop bites” I did not pay for mini scallops put together with a unseasoned batter

I just moved to Virginia from the South and I 'Must Say' I was not impressed with the customer service or the food at this place. I knew it was suspect when we drove up but I wanted to give it a try. We paid close to $75 for our order which consisted of fish and shrimp combo, shrimp dinner, 2 fish and wings combos, a fish sandwich, 4 can drinks, and a water. First off, right from the get go, the black man was very off putting in that he seem irritated by the questions I was asking regarding his menu and what food item he sold the most.. My son said he didn't want Cole slaw with the fish sandwich could he switch for something else and the black man said potatoe salad to which my son said, "I don't like potato salad may I have fries instead," and the black man said well it's gone be a dollar more. It was like he was irritated that he had to cook fries. When I placed our order, he had the nerve to say, Whose paying for all of this?" I was like 'Really!?!' Then he asked if we were from Virginia? I guess because he is not used to people questioning him. Secondly, When we got our food, Fish had 'No Flavor' at all and it was so doggone rubbery!! The shrimp was not crispy. I almost feel like they battered it in flour instead or cornmeal and I believe the fish wasn't fresh.. The canned green beans were not seasoned, mac-n-cheese was just noodles with cheese spread. The chicken was Ok 'Just Ok' nothing to rave about.The condiments: salt/pepper vinegar, hotsauce he had on his counter to were disgustingly dirty and sticky from people using them.We ate our food there and notice very quickly flies everywhere. There was dead gnats on top of our can sodas. The black man not once came back to the front to check on us or to to see how the food was. I figured because he could watch us from the little surveillance cam in the corner. My husband saw a sign on top of the cooler that said 'No Refunds'!! I just started laughing because I knew at that moment "Being Treated Fairly Is Such A Rarity." I would Not Recommend this place take your coins to a more established seafood eatery.

Worst experience was told the order would be ready in 20 mins. I gave it 25 plus to to get there. Just to walk in and no order, she starts frying the food after I ask . Will not take $5 off my $35 order for being 45s late. Also heard her yelling at her help embarrassing !Did I mention a huge dead roach in the dining area!!!!!
