Hidden gem in Va Beach off the Blvd! Cheyenne was a great highlight to my service, fast and friendly! First experience was originally for a beer but I stayed for a burger and more! Thanks for the great service!

I liked the wasabi sauce on the fish tacos. That's a neat way of serving them. The other dishes we had were consumed with zeal. One of the other servers helped me find a song, which was cool of her. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was very disappointed tonight . Use to having very slow service. Food was very good - fried shrimp. had 2 drinks and the dinner. I did not receive the hush puppies with the dinner but the disappointment came at the end of the night. ticket was 34.00 plus tax. Upon return with my credit card the bill was totaled out at $46.00 and charge to my account. told - automatic tip and service charge was applied. Been here several times and had not encounter all these fees . Waitress said this was something new. I will think twice before ordering anything in the future. Our small group of 4 - decided already if we go to see this band here again, which we have seen them several times already recently- we would eat else where 1st.

We stopped here for a late lunch during the week. I had the whisky burger with pepper jack cheese and my daughter had fish n chips.
Both meals were delicious! They were perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed fried pickles as our app. Yummy!

The best part of our meal was our server, Mathew! Great job and superb service!
I highly recommend Old Beach Tavern!

I’ve been in here many times over the years. I have always enjoyed the food, the people, and the amazing atmosphere. Last Saturday I had Grace as my server. I don’t usually comment on service, because I’m a food guy. The service we received from Grace was so wonderful that I will definitely be coming back more often. She was so friendly and attentive that even when I worried we were being a little difficult, she assured us it was her pleasure to make us happy. She is a gem, and she made it a better experience than I have ever had there previously. She definitely needs to be recognized for what she does, because she made an already good experience truly amazing.
