I visited Operation Brew right after bridal dress shopping, and from the moment I walked in, I was hooked! The decor matched my style perfectly—warm, cozy, and so inviting. But it wasn’t just the ambiance; the staff was super friendly, and everything from the lattes to the pastries was top-notch. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I’m so glad I made the drive. I had the most incredible lavender oat milk latte, and my mom and I shared a pastry that was unforgettable—a flaky croissant topped with strawberries and the perfect whipped topping. The first bite was absolutely heavenly! If you’re looking for a spot with amazing coffee, a welcoming vibe, and treats that’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance, Operation Brew is it.

Operation Brew is my absolute favorite place to be daily. The workers are absolutely amazing. Very sweet and down to earth, kind and friendly to everyone that walks in. My kids cherish this place as well. I always get the chao latte with oat milk. absolutely divine, but let me tell you right now they have it as a special with pumpkin cream spice. talk about taking it up another level. I absolutely love their avocado toast, power toast, their biscoff cheesecake and that spinach and cheese croissant 😋. if you haven't had a chance to stop in def do it, but be prepared to become addicted. Operation Brew--> the struggle is real 😉

Operation brew is one of the best coffee shops in vb! The lattes are pastries are delicious and fresh! The overall vibe inside is also so cute. Definitely check it out if you are in the area!

Operation Brew feels like it stepped out of a movie! Super cute inside and seating areas. The staff here is out of this world knowledgeable on the food and the drinks and is extremely pleasant every time I’ve come in. Speaking of food, their rotating menu has not missed the mark ONCE, always delicious and impressive. Drinks are unique and the baristas have accommodated any request and modifications I needed. Love coming here to make a quick stop or stay for a while and chat with my friends!

Operation brew has been one of my go-to’s for coffee and food! They have fun flavored latte’s and I DIE for their avocado toast. The inside is also super cute and decorated so nicely! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new cafe to try :)

Friendliest staff, quick and efficient service. Coffee and food is deliciously consistent and I’m a huge fan of their fall specials! Could not recommend this place enough, and encourage you to experience the magic that they're brewing up at Operation Brew!

I love plants and this restaurant is calling the plant lover in me. This place is beautifully decorated and the arrangement is just perfect. There is a small place for a group party to talk. I’m just really entertained with this place setup. The host are also very nice and accommodating. Very friendly and knowledgeable. So our order came fast too and I love their mushroom soup. Everything we ordered came in just perfect temperature. Very tasty and delicious. Oh the coffee looks so nice I didn’t want to drink it. But the coffee is heavenly. I’m going to come back coz I want to try the rest of the menu. Yeah, this place is delightful.

We came to this unassuming cafe and had such a positive experience I just had to leave a review. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the organic decor and warm atmosphere. I ordered the iced matcha and lavender latte. For food, I got the Croque Monsieur, cheese pancakes, and avocado toast. Not only was the presentation impeccable, it was delicious!
