We had an amazing Saturday evening at this Outback location in VA Beach. From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-notch. The manager personally opened the doors for us, and the three hosts were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. They seated our family of four quickly and efficiently.
Our server, DJ, was a very professional and thorough young man—and quite handsome too! He promptly took our order, and within 10–15 minutes, we had our drinks, fresh bread, and shortly after, our main courses. After spending half a day at the beach, we were starving, and everything hit the spot. The chef did an outstanding job—each dish was cooked perfectly.
It was also my first time trying an espresso martini, and the bartender nailed it. I absolutely loved it!
At the end of our meal, we paid, and once again the manager opened the doors for us with a warm smile. What a gentleman! I've been to many Outback restaurants, but this one truly stood out. From start to finish, it deserves all five stars. We were beyond pleased and will definitely return.

From the manager greeting us at the door to the server getting us in and out on a Friday night (like under 45 mins) and the wholllle staff pitching in to get delicious food out of the kitchen THIS WAS THE BEST VISIT WEVE EVER HAD AT THIS LOCATION!!! The team work was impeccable and the food was AMAZING AND FAST!!! I can’t say it enough!!! We will be back! Nicola/nicky we loved your service thanks again for making sure we weren’t late to pick up our son from work on our date night!

The food wasn’t bad the service was good the only issue I had was when I ordered my food for me and my daughter we both got steak I ordered medium well and it came out still mooing at me so by the time I got my steak back I couldn’t even eat it
