Food is never ready here, I come here once every few months and every single time I have to drive around to the side since the food isn’t ready. Every single time. Updated, here a few weeks later and waiting because food is never ready.

Awful! My son wanted to eat here for Mother's Day (go figure), and against my better judgment we went! It was so gross. I had rubber chicken teriyaki and when the manager came by she put all of it on a napkin and then ate a piece from the napkin! She said yes it is rubbery, and asked if I wanted something else. In shock - I was just hoping I didn't get sick! She was trying, but even the orange chicken I couldn't stomach. Be aware! Oh yeah and I spent $30 for a kid's meal and an adult meal...crazy!

The food was not what I expected. The Orange chicken was crunchy, too hard. The beef and broccoli was watery, there was barely any sauce. It looked as if someone put water in the sauce to stretch the last amount, so it was very bland I usually visit the Greenbrier location and there was a big difference in the taste. The staff was friendly and fast
The service and food was very hot and fresh. I love the new drinks they are offering now. I hope they keep them around. Even when I don’t have a taste for the food, I stop by to purchase one of the new favorable drinks. The young lady at the window customer service is very friendly, polite and welcoming. We even allowed me to taste a little sample of a flavor I wanted to try. I was nervous because I never tried the taste. I’m happy she did because I purchased it.
