They no longer carry black pepper chicken which was the only dish I liked. The employee instead of dealing with customers are busy talking to each other in a non English language which is fine but not when you have customers in front of you. Was not asked if I needed or wanted any sauces I had to wait for the employee to employee chit chat to stop to ask for it.

Not the worst customer service, but far from the best I have had at a panda express... the individual serving my food didn't say a single word to me and gave me the smallest scoop of an entree I have ever had at any panda express establishment. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

Didn't have teriyaki chicken available, and it would take 15 mins to get some ready. Had their Orange chicken. I asked about it's spiciness. They said it is tolerable... What is tolerable for one may not be tolerable for another. It was still spicy for me! They had other chicken entrées, but i did not like either of those. I should have gone to another food concept at the NAB Little Creek food court.
