Both times I've eaten here have not been pleasant experiences. The honey walnut shrimp has no fried feel to it, the rice was burned, and they don't even offer kid bowls. Just spend the extra five minutes and travel to the other Panda at VA Beach.

Paying more than 10 bucks and you only get littler to none protein or meats.
Service is awful and there are huge communication issues with the staff. Maybe number the menu items so the staff comprehends the order.

Definitely favoritism going on there some would get extra others wouldn't and only six small shrimp when you get their new premium sizzling shrimp that cost a extra $1,25 is just a rip
I paid $14 for this meal $14?!!!!!! And I questioned why she charged me this much for the scraps they had left and she said that’s the price and she’s being nice because it should’ve been more …. This is what they’re are doing on a military base ( JEB little creek )Ps. I didn’t ask for a plate , they said I had to use the box i still don’t know why .
