Coffee and food was hot & good this trip. But, extremely loud inappropriate conversation among the front counter people. This was very uncomfortable, unprofessional cussing and yelling. Very loud over the top absolutely awful.
Bathroom lights are on sensors and sometimes will not come on. Chairs and tables could be cleaned better.

I bought a product that was supposed to contain steak, but there was no meat in it. I think this was done intentionally because I've had the same problem before. The product I bought was Ciabatta Cheesesteak, and it only contained cheese and other ingredients, but no meat.

During my visit, I saw multiple roaches crawling around different areas of the restaurant. This is absolutely unacceptable for any food establishment. I even emailed Panera directly with photos a month ago, but no one ever bothered to reply. That lack of response says a lot about how seriously they take customer concerns and health standards. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest others think twice before eating here until the infestation is addressed.

Ordered 2 cinnamon sugar bagels received 1 had to go back and get the other 1. Ordered Fuji Apple salad and asked for extra dressing. I received 1/2 dressing...was this a joke?! My daughter worked 10 hrs yesterday and asked me to get her lunch/dinner of her favorite salad. And this is what she got! She worked extremely hard yesterday but it seems like your staff DID NOT. Never again will I go to this location and it will be awhile until I go back to Panera.
The food was okay. We sat in the drive-thru for 45 minutes before getting our food. I wanted to assume it was a car ahead of us who had a big pick-up order, but when we got to the window we were handed the wrong food first, asked what our name was and handed another incorrect order. It took us reading our order back to the worker for them to give us our food, which was unfortunately prepared improperly (asked for no tomatoes on a sandwich and it had tomatoes on it). I would understand if they were busy and understaffed, but they had 6+ people working, and please correct me if I'm wrong about assuming that there is enough staff to run everything smoothly. Just overall disappointed and probably will not be back to this location.
