Would give zero stars if I could. Pulled up to the drive thru menu and they made me wait 8 mins to take my drink order. Waited in line behind two other cars, I get to the window to get my drink and nobody comes to the window for another 10 mins. Finally someone greets me to confirm my drink order and says I have to wait while they get more cups. Seriously they had over 20 mins to pour the green tea drink and refill cups. I told them just to forget it I didn’t want to wait another another 10 mins. Was told they are short staffed but I saw plenty of people walking past the drive thru window inside the restaurant. They told me next time not to use the drive thru. That’s not really a valid response, you are the one offering a drive thru service.

We t did the drive thru which meant warmup at home. If you like your grilled cheese crispy bread, melt your mouth cheesy with your soup as I go, the 1/2 sandwhich was a fail. Very generous with their cheeses and that’s nice and the broccoli cheese soup was heavenly. Easy warm up. You guys should know that your soups are favorite of people after chemo infusions. I love Panera. Wish it could have been a full five but the young man at the cash register seemed to have trouble explaining the menu. We really do know that two halves make a whole and expect to be charged for the whole sandwhich unless it’s a soup and 1/2 sandwhich combo. My daughter loves that ciabatta beef thingie. All ended well.

Ordered on the app, picked up through drive thru and got home 25 mins later and soup was still hot! They must have some high quality to go products. Are the cinnamon crunch bagel the next day and was soooo good. I'm wondering if I can order presliced next time?

This place is great in the morning and slow after about 4pm. If your coming here for dinner to go, just go somewhere else. I've had about 5 mins to think about writing a review and still plenty of time to finish this in the drive through and I'm just getting a soda.

As with most places these days. Prices are getting rediculous. Yes ! I know stop eating out ..it might be time for that. My order was slightly incorrect but not workable.

Ordered delivery via the app. We were missing Mac and cheese. I called and after a bit of searching they found our order. They corrected it by delivering a Mac and cheese, chips and a pumpkin cookie! They want above and beyond!
