Second time getting a salad delivered with old lettuce and brown avocado, not ok for the price. Sandwiches are thin, typically Panera does better. The one on Fordham road is better.

I must say this location impressed me today. I've been to this location a few times before, but today was Excellence! Samantha was polite, kind, helpful, and just an overall JOY! He energy, and how she performed her role is a nice reflection of a great hire. More Samantha's will bring more guest... Panera pay attention to that one.

Ordered online for delivery this morning, and needed to add an item after the order was placed. I called the store and they were very helpful and got the extra item added with no problem! Our food was hot and delicious when it was delivered as well. Thank you!

The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because my daughter loves their Cheddar & Broccoli soup. My salad was pathetic. I really didn’t have a half salad after having to take out all the nasty lettuce. Think I’ll order Chick Fil A salad next time.

Well....I decided to try Panera after an almost 2 year boycott...I got tired of spending more and getting less due to company greed....unfortunately things haven't changed a bit...I ordered a full salad and I really thought I received a half order....the 7 inch container had about 2 ounces of lettuce...I couldn't believe my eyes...Besides that they always forget something...I ordered a whole baguette and they forgot that...The only good thing was I had a 3 dollar credit....I have no idea how that occurred because I haven't purchased anything in 2 years...IF you want a great salad for 10 bucks go to Chick-fil-A a few blocks down and get the Market salad!!

I have gone here 3 times and each time my orders are incorrect. I went there for the last time yesterday, 11/12/2025, ordered 6 sandwiches and they gave me 4. After telling them, they finally gave me the correct amount. I woke up this morning on 1/13/2015 @ 1:10AM to eat one and after spending $113, it didn't have ANY STEAK!! They need to do better at paying attention to detail!

I always go to panera twice a week. Yesterday I went for breakfast and bought 3 pastries .After I got the receipt I was surprised to see of the pastries price is 20 cent more than they put the price on the pastries. I went back and ask the girl who work there,she look at me as if I disturb her. Then I asked her if I can talk to her she said yes. I told her why the pastries price is charging more than the price they put outside. She said the price went up and the sign dont get yet so they keep the old sign. I told her why the boy who take the order dont tell us about the price or removed the price. Instead to apologize to me they said they dont have the sign or dont offer to correct the price. Only after I told them I will writes bad reviews the boy came to me he can refund only if I wont wrtie bad reviews. I told him I won't care for that 60 cent more .but I will write bad reviews. He went to my husband to tell him to convince me not to give bad reviews.My husband told him she is right and he cannot convince me. I hate this place since new owner bought this store he really create a bad place . It's not like the old panera I used to love to go everyday. The price went up almost every time.

the staff is super kind and accommodating, and even though all their avocados were hard— their great problem solving skills shown by not serving hard as rocks avo and instead found an alternate solution for us! also their hat pins were simply too cute :)
