Panera Bread

The employees allowed a Caucasian man call me n- words and b- words infront of my 4 year old son. All because he thought I was cutting the line when in fact I had already ordered for pickup. I will never step foot back in here again

Panera used to be my favorite but recently everything I get from here is bad. Rotten lettuce, spoiled tomatoes and orders just made wrong. Got a whole salad and its the size of what used to be a half salad.

A great place for a group to meet and enjoy talking ing with each other. The nice carpet helps keeps things quiet, and there was no loud music. Very relaxing with the choose two option of half sandwich and soup or salad a great value.

I was given a pretty poor experience. Dirty bowls, horrendous customer service. Extremely rude employees, including the manager. I won’t be back to this location.

I often order from Panera me or my daughter. I pick up my order and have always been completely satisfied. Whenever I would pick up I was always greeted by this man who now I know his name is Brian
This morning I decided to dine in I watch this man clean counters and make sure everyone was enjoying their breakfast. I said excuse me are you the manager he replied yes.
I complimented him on working with his employees this manager even sweeps floors. Panera will go far with Brian he is an asset to the company 😋. If you are looking for a cozy spot to have breakfast or lunch it is so worth it. I use to go to the Panera by the mall I stop going but now I have a new spot.

I have found my soup for this season and it is their Chicken and rice soup. It is not thin, it is super thick with a cream of chicken/mushroom sauce with whole chicken breast cut up and it is so tender and tastes so darn good!

I love it cause many of the customers are in my age, and the atmosphere is relaxed and uplifting. Perfect location to shop and get applied to eat at panera bread

I yes was there in few minutes ago . I order two bowls broccoli soup , the cashier asked me is cup or bowl , I talk her bowl , when get to my destination with my order , was one cup and one bowl soul , I call and left know what happing . The male in the phone don’t apologize or anything like that. Started you yes got charge for one bowl and cup . That not was issues ,I order two bowl the soup . Don’t recognize the mistake don’t apologize. A ended the call , you loose one customer .

This is the cleanest one by far. They donated great job during the busiest times to get food out. (People be patient, your food is being made fresh and to order, not sitting there for hours)

The beverage area is always clean. They have plenty of tables of various sizes and friendly staff, for the most part. 🤓

Best bakery ever, and I’ve gone to a bunch of Paneras in the area and around Norfolk. I specifically search for a certain baked good and theirs are amazing. I actually went back twice in the same day to get the same baked good and they still had some and it was great. Staff is also super nice. There was a woman ( didn’t get her name, but she was sweet and shorter with longer hair ) but she was great. Honestly, best Panera I’ve been to.
