I get delivery from here quite often as my house is under renovation at the moment. They always forget a straw for drinks, but today was the worst. My delivery shows up with no drink at all...driver goes back for it. But, then, I open my sandwich. I ordered a garden caprese (my favorite) and got a grilled cheese. At least the app gave me a $5 credit.

They have a drive thru but even though I’ve seen people order food at the window, I was told I couldn’t get my PREPAID mobile order through the drive through because the app defaulted me to in store pick up. My biggest problem with that is I stopped doing in store pick up about a year and a half ago because of their lack of service. I’ve ordered a single cup of soda and waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me just to get a cup. The people at the front register won’t even hand you the cup. You have to interrupt those making the food to get a cup or they’ll IGNORE YOU. I RARELY come here but I needed to grab a quick bite for my kid on the way to Newport News. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE. Poor customer service to put it nicely.
To follow up, I went inside got my food and confirmed with the manager that I should’ve been able to get my food at the drive thru. So hopefully, if you go there, you won’t have the same experience as me. Regardless, I’m done wasting my money here.

I have never been to a Panera so rude! They cashier will have you waiting to give your order forever. No one is on front of you. They ALWAYS get my order wrong or something is missing. This location is the worst!!!

All new staff at this location and they are SLOW. Front desk agent had to call the manager TY for help to put in a simple bagel with egg white order Girl in the back took three customers to make this super simple sandwich. Dang

The service was incredibly slow. I have been waiting over 20min for two sandwiches and a tea drink. There are still 6 orders ahead of mine according to the order screen, meaning they haven’t even started on my order yet. Absolute waste of time for the quality and quantity food they charge for.

Overall, what you'd expect from Panera in terms of customer service and atmosphere. I'd rate it higher, but honestly, the prices for just tea and a muffin are ridiculous. And if they're going to charge $3 for tea, they could at least have a better selection.

Food is good but...this is the 2nd time I got no chips and no croutons. I placed my order by phone this time not on line because I had a gift card issue. Specifically asked for croutons with my tomato soup, was told yes it comes with croutons. And I ordered chips. No croutons, no chips. Called the store to let them know but this has happened before so I don't think they care.
