I got to try their almond croissant during Veterans Day, and it was good. Flaky, buttery, and not overly sweet, just the right balance of almond flavor and crunch. I also really love that the bakery did something special for Veterans Day, it’s thoughtful and shows how much they care about the community. Definitely coming back for another croissant soon! 🥐 Thank you, Panera! 💚

Customer service terrible, I went ahead and ordered and spent four dollars on a large cup, and they had given me a small. I go up to the counter and the food runner was so rude. Then when I got the confirmation number saying my food was ready so when he was packing up some of the food, I started looking to see which one was mine then he stated those are not yours and with a rude attitude!!!

This is now the 6th time, that my order didn't have all the food! The service is horrible! If you order online and expect to go through the drive through in a timely manner, you won't. They take orders in their drive through, which holds up the line for the people who order online. So if you order from here double check to make sure you have your whole order and don't bother with the drive through. Ill drive the extra 10mins to the next Panera

I forgot that I stopped going here years ago because it's so bad. My daughter wanted a snack while we were out shopping, so we went through the drive through. The wait seemed longer than expected for only having two cars in front of us that got drink orders. When we finally got to the window, both our bagels were burnt and there were no utensils or napkins in the bag. I remember why I stopped going to this location. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next, closest panera or wawa.

I get delivery from here quite often as my house is under renovation at the moment. They always forget a straw for drinks, but today was the worst. My delivery shows up with no drink at all...driver goes back for it. But, then, I open my sandwich. I ordered a garden caprese (my favorite) and got a grilled cheese. At least the app gave me a $5 credit.
