All new staff at this location and they are SLOW. Front desk agent had to call the manager TY for help to put in a simple bagel with egg white order Girl in the back took three customers to make this super simple sandwich. Dang

The service was incredibly slow. I have been waiting over 20min for two sandwiches and a tea drink. There are still 6 orders ahead of mine according to the order screen, meaning they haven’t even started on my order yet. Absolute waste of time for the quality and quantity food they charge for.

Overall, what you'd expect from Panera in terms of customer service and atmosphere. I'd rate it higher, but honestly, the prices for just tea and a muffin are ridiculous. And if they're going to charge $3 for tea, they could at least have a better selection.

Food is good but...this is the 2nd time I got no chips and no croutons. I placed my order by phone this time not on line because I had a gift card issue. Specifically asked for croutons with my tomato soup, was told yes it comes with croutons. And I ordered chips. No croutons, no chips. Called the store to let them know but this has happened before so I don't think they care.
The wait was forever and the food was cold when we finally got it

By far the slowest drive through I’ve ever experienced. Please note to have an extra 20 minutes on your commute to work if you decide to stop here. However once my food is received most of the time it’s hot and correct.

First, the girl at the window was visibly high which, alright, isn’t the biggest problem if she was still capable of doing her job. We were picking up two mobile orders, mine, which was done, and my boyfriend’s, which they told us to wait for. My grilled cheese was barely grilled but that may just be the disappointing way they cook them. But my order included a drink that wasn’t given to us. When we asked the girl at the window for my drink, she gave us two packets of mayonnaise. This was when we realized she was severely under the influence. Then she told us to pull up to spot 1 for my boyfriend’s order. We sat for 30 minutes and no one came out so he went inside himself to get it only to be told the staff had no idea anyone was waiting for food out here. Panera is usually good, but that employee needs to lay off the edibles before work until she learns how to function.
