The Birdneck location recently opened around the corner from me & decided to order The Works New York style on Sunday 11/16/25 and it was very good. Ready and hot when I picked it up at 5:30. I havenât had Papa Johns pizza in years and hopefully will be getting more often. Please keep standards high and I will be back!

They left sauce out of my order that I paid for. When I called to ask for a manager I was told no.. and I asked for their name on the phone they said no.. very unprofessional service and I but $50 a week from them.. not anymore.. DO BETTER!

If you want to use the Upside app donât bother wasting time with this store. The manager on duty had no interest in trying to figure out the offer. This manager was also extremely rude and impatient, and I would give the store a -5 star rating based on his âleadershipâ. I donât know about the food quality because I was too frustrated and left.
