We ordered 2 large pizzas and one of them had the wrong toppings on and.and they let us keep the wrong pizza and the delivery driver brought us a new one the staff service is wonderful and the food was delicious
Food is reliably good, and if it isn't they won't hesitate to fix it! Papa John's really has the best pizza, and their Papa Dough rewards program is great. Always fresh, and your food is completely customizable to your liking. They always have different deals and coupons. My favorite thing to order is a pizza with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and pineapple, or their BBQ chicken papadia is a big hit as well.
Pizza is on par with other Papa John’s, but to be told to my face they don’t offer delivery to my neighborhood that’s a mile away was shocking and hurtful. As if the rest of their delivery zone has less crime than anywhere else in VB?? If I’m going to have to drive to pick up my pregnancy craving anyway I would rather drive a little further to the better PJ off General Booth. Or just order from any other pizza place in the OF area, because the rest of them WILL deliver...
