Papa Johns Pizza

The app said the pizza was ready, but they said it was still in the oven and it would be 10 minutes. Slightly annoying, but no big deal. We finally got the pizza, but it was a medium instead of a large. :/ We didn’t want to wait for another one to bake, so we just kept it. I think we’ll be choosing a different Papa John’s from now on.

Pizza was great! Had a great timely delivery and everything was smooth per usual, then papa johns called me back and said my payment had an error and they needed to resubmit. I of course being a honorable person told the employee my card info so he could resubmit. He was taking orders and could hear him talking to coworkers. Woke up this morning to two charges to my debit for car rentals from turo. So I guess if you want a place that has workers who will literally steal your money and card information this is the place to go. As for me, last time ever. As for my bank account, getting reimbursed, as for employee will file charges. If nothing else is done I will institute the FAFO clause.

Ordered boneless, BBQ chicken wings. Looks like someone threw 8 frozen chicken nuggets in a plastic container and drizzled about an ounce of BBQ over them. Not a single wing is covered with sauce. They also taste like they’re still thawing. Terrible and a waste of money.

We ordered pick up, wings and garlic knots. The wings were submerged in oil, marinara sauce was cold as ever and the Knots tasted doughy. We had to take back and got a refund. NEVER AGAIN

Used to have competent workers. Ordered a pizza and when I got home took a bite to realize they didn’t even put sauce. The workers there have gotta be extremely high.

I live less than quarter mile from store. Delivery driver went in opposite direction first then Delivered to me. She forgot drink that was ordered, she did go back to store and bring back drink. Pizza was less than warm. In fact, had to warm up with microwave. I did call store and mgr. said it wasn't her store and they only had one driver. She apologized and ask if there was anything to do to make it right. I did not take her up on the offer. Don't think I'll be ordering pizza from them again. Lee T.
