I got a small pizza from here. Wasn't too busy for a Friday night.

Placed order for pizza and wings order was to be at my house in 35 mins called after 1 hour was told it's on way another 30 mins was told it will be another 21 mins! Almost 2 hours a guy pulls up stands in street I have to walk to street with a broken ankle to get my very cold order! Will never order from them again!!!

Stood there for 10 minutes to place an order and was completely ignored by the two people working. Horrible customer service.

I've got to say this is the best papa johns in the area. They deliver to fast and are very professional.

I received a cheese stick order that came just like this photo. Only 2/3 of the cheese sticks were in there.

I'm disgusted to know someone touched my food and ate it but also so obviously. And I ordered directly through the papa John's website not through a third party which is even worse because this was an employee of the company not a random delivery driver.

I ordered my food for delivery and never received it and my card was charged i will be filing every complaint i can’t

really disappointing to spend my money here and be served trash. ordered an original pizza for delivery half cheese half pepperoni nothing crazy. the order was literally delivered in 10 minutes which was the first red flag. pizza was cold and old and was a thin crust. it’s extremely obvious that you just took an old pizza that was sitting out and put a few slices of pepperoni it. it’s really not that hard to make a fresh pizza and deliver quality food.

Went into the Fairfield/Kempsville location for pick up. Absolutely the worst service ever in fact you could not get service or even acknowledged. There was a heavy set, (line backer build) 20 ish brunette, white female making pizzas I walked in she made eye contact with me said NOT a word. She continued boxing pizzas for 10 minutes not a single word or I’ll be w you in a moment. I eventually asked if I could grab my order boxed up (getting cold) off the rack myself. She said we are busy I said ok but you can’t say hello or just a minute? She got my pizza handed it too me and said you can go away now. I never had issues here until I encountered this miserable human that should NOT be in an industry where customer service is part of the job role.

That store and the delivery has a terrible service.
