Papa Johns Pizza

Past 4 orders have had issues. Imagine paying $32 for cold pizza and or check out the photo. Bro delivered it in vertical mode

Awful execution of a simple order.
I order extra sauce and light cheese....they get it backwards and mess this order up 4 of every 5 times.
I don't get it.

Service is horrible at this location. I faced bad service incidents twice in two consecutive weeks. First incident, when I went to pickup my pizza there was a young kid with red beats headset told it would be ready in ‘2 minutes’ but I had to wait for 20 minutes and if he had told the truth I would have left and completed other errands. Second incident, I paid extra for ‘garlic dipping sauce’ for my cheeseticks and garlic knot and the same kid with red beats headset was delivering the pizza. I asked him to make sure to keep ‘garlic dipping sauce’ for my order and he confirmed he kept it. When I came home found it has no garlic dipping sauce for both my orders. Based on these incidents, I lost trust in this place. I hope management reviews these incidents and fix this issues for other future customers because they lost one loyal customer today.

Order papa johns tonight the pizza was great the bowl was not. I am doing keto and i expected a full bowl of sauce cheese and veggies. What i got was a thin congealed layer of bowl ingredients that barely filled the bowl. It literally looked like someone took a large cold slice of pizza and slid the toppings into a bowl. When I called no apology. She just offered me a free bowl next time. So I am stuck with a cold bowl of pizza toppings that is so thin it's crusty. Delivery driver was great.

Always great service. I order from here often when at work. I work at the hospital & the manager upgraded our pizzas for free for us stuck at work one night during a rough shift - we really appreciate it!

Fastest I’ve ever had a pizza delivered in my life

If I could give it a zero I would. Been here 3/4 times and EVERYTIME something has been messed up. I knew better but wanted to use my points. I do not recommend.

Convenient, quick and made well! The Shaq Pepperoni pizza was big with alot of cheese! Great service and efficient!

Not a bad Papa Johns, the place is very busy but they have a lot of people working at it, and a few delivery drivers. No issues with customer service, the pizza is usually done within 10-15 min (I typically get 2 large).

Lazy Friday night, and the children wanted pizza. We did not know this place was here but happy for it. The place was clean and the workers were friendly. The pizza was great. We order the Shaq and chicken Alfredo. The crust was perfect and foldable , pizza was warm and toppings at the right proportion. I will definitely order from this place again. Keep up the great work team.

Evertime I go in I'm greeted at the door and someone helps me. Food is cooked quick and always the quality expected at papa johns.

Worst pizza we have ever been served from Papa John's. Why? Toppings were centered in the pizza, barely had any cheese, less toppings, it was luke warm, and didn't taste right. Tasted old and dried up even the peppers, not fresh.
Disappointed with this location and never again will do business.
If we only knew, we could have just used that money to get Ynot pizza and be satisfied and not end up throwing money away!
