This is the best pizza in town, but today their service was seriously lacking! I ordered through the app, and it said my pizza was done. But when I showed up I had to wait another 20 minutes. They should not put that the pizza is ready if it isn’t ready. I’m extremely disappointed in this Papa John’s!

Here’s a solid idea. Don’t put somebody who is handicapped on delivery. Not only could my driver not get out of her car for 10 minutes to set up her walking device but the pizza was brick cold and floppy the cheese turned to soft wax and the crust was soggy. The pizza and delivery is way better on the boulevard. You should be embarrassed as management for putting this poor lady on the road like this. You clearly don’t care about the business.
My pizza was cold, the delivery guy was rushing out, and it just wasn't good. The wings were disgusting

If you like poor service from rude employees, this is the place for you! Not only did Christina and Sam joke around with each other before assisting me when I walked in, they also managed to make my pizza wrong. Once I got home and realized their incomptence I called the store , and one of them was beyond rude, offered absolutely no help and basically told me to shove it and deal with my messed up disgusting all cheese pizza.

This review is for the Haygood location in Virginia Beach. Whoever you have answering the phones to take orders is extremely rude! I asked a basic question about what drinks they have that are closest to the sprite/ 7up beverage and all she said was Mountain Dew or Stary. I’ve never heard of Stary so I asked if that was a replacement for sprite or Sierra Mist. Wow- the rude tone and lack of an answer (“we have Mountain Dew or starry! What do you want?!) made my blood boil and gave me a sick feeling. Won’t be ordering from this location again. Try training your employees and teaching them what customer service means. Yuck!

Placed an order online to my address for pizza which popped up. Order said it was on the way then 2 minutes later cancelled. I called the store just for them tell me the address didn’t exist. How are you going to tell me my address doesn’t exist when I live in an apartment complex with plenty of other people. The driver said all she see was grass. The person who answered the phone had me on hold for 5 mins just to come back and lie and say he was looking it up when I heard him checking out a customer in the store.
