Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered pizza. Sat in my car to wait for it to be done. I did not expect the girl to actually walk out of the store and bring it to me. Way to go on customer service skills. You rock !

As i arrived for a door dash order i was greeted by an olderr gentleman and i was told my order would be up in about 20 to 30 minutes so i ran to the store next door after a little while i returned and acknowledged by the same gentleman as he was walking out the store for a delivery. After about 5min or so the younger boy with a red hat walked up towards the front so i asked him about how much longer and his words to me were "about minutes geez" with an attitude. My reply was im sorry i was trying to get an eta as i need to update my door dash customer. And he told me i need to learn to be patient and i told him he doesnt have to be so rude when i am just getting a eta on this order. As he got attitude and rolled his eyes he walked to the back and continued his job. I get they are short staffed but the rudeness was unnecessary and was ridiculous. If u cant work with the public DONT!!

I come to this location all the time...this is the first time I have had problems? I have the video to how I was treated at 2070 store Virginia Beach Blvd va, papa John's!!! I been coming at that location for over 8 years? Paying customer!!! Repeat business for years. Now an employee calls gay and forces there life style on me??? unprofessional conduct towards me !!! I talked with Meredith about this incident over a few months a go??? So today I was served with an attitude problem about what happened a few months ago??? This is a customer service job conduct your self as a professional!!! I was never nasty to this person ??? I was never buligarent to anybody!!! But all the manager can say was well that employee was mad about what was said about them??? So they have the right to be nasty to me!!! If you don't like your job don't work there!!! I am not going to be disrespected nore given an attitude because I am a paying customer that bought homeless people pizza because I don't want to see anyone hungry especially a woman with children? But this employee has the oddasity to say I am gay because I bought this homeless woman food and drinks??? Don't force your lifestyle upon straight people like me !!!There really is something mental with that employee!!! They need some sycological help!!! I am all woman with kids and kindness is my priority!! This employee makes me feel so uncomfortable because they don't want paying customers to come in for business? They are upset about complaining so they will treat you unprofessionally so that numbers at that location can go down and word of mouth of disgusting attitudes from employees are good for that location. also as business conduct by approving acting manager that there employees can give customer bad service so the customer can feel uncomfortable and discussed !!! That's not how a customer needs to feel but papa John's allows there employees especially the manager at this location this nasty attitude at this location??? Shame on you papa John for being supportive of this employees conduct towards good customers for years now!!!

Papa Johns has the best thin crust. It is light and crispy. Full of flavor too. The sauce is perfect, and the amount of toppings is just right. I like the flavor of the sausage. On Valentines Day Papa John's serves a heart shaped pizza. Just one more reason to love their pizza.

The original order was delayed. I called to check on the order, they explained the lack of delivery drivers. A few mins later they called and gave me a timeline and said they were going to remake the food so it was fresh. It arrived shortly after, the person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and customer service forward. The delivery driver was also very nice about the situation, explained they had remade the order. Despite a small delay the staff went out of their way to make it a good experience and got fresh food to me and my family in a reasonable time. I feel like this is unfortunately rare to find nowadays. Thank you to the staff, from the manager, to the pizza makers to the overworked delivery driver.

So let me tell you about this place I applied for a job. I have a background of drug use and gotten a little bit of trouble with drugs. I have now cleaned my whole life up off of probation. I’ve been sober for over five years I applied for this job Went there filled out all the paperwork Did everything I was supposed to even fill out? The tax paperwork was supposed to start a class then they tell me my background check came back it says consider. But they failed me because of my background which I am now on probation since 2020 it’s 2023 I’ve change my whole entire life around and I was railroaded for over a week and a half by the management telling me well it has. It came back yet this and that and then I’m finally told oh well your background check failed, but yet I got a message saying that it was considered so I’m a little uneasy with this company and I’m just letting you know don’t apply for this company because they’re a joke

I ordered Papa Johns for the first time at this location with the manager Malakye Wikson. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and had a good experience. I would recommend this location to anyone hungry for pizza!

Just ordered for the first time. Pizza was wrong, called and not impressed . A oops or sorry would of been nice. Will never order here again.
