I was missing some things from my order and they went above and beyond to deliver it and graciously included extra treats. I appreciated it a lot since it was for my nieces birthday. The pastries were amazing!

My son ordered a chocolate Chiffon cake for my 70th birthday dinner. It was packaged well for transport, looked beautiful and tasted delicious! Thanks for helping to make my day special.

I'd been in here once before, didn't know what to get. I'd gotten this time, croissant donut. OMFG! Tarts! GOOD!

I went yesterday, ordered smoked sausage bread, a cream cheese donut, and a hot chai latte and got FOOD POISONING later that night.

We went around 5:40 pm and stayed until ~ 8:30. I noticed stomach discomfort after the first hour and thought it was just the dairy in the chai latte. I don’t usually get sick from dairy products but that wasn’t only plausible explanation since I haven’t eaten anything else earlier in the day that would’ve made me felt nauseous and give me strong cramps. Later on when I got home I noticed more stomach discomfort and from 1am-3 am I was constantly throwing up and in the bathroom in pain. I was completely wiped out. My guess is that the cream was bad in the donut since their pastries did not seem fresh.

Other than that their service is mid and the atmosphere isn’t as welcoming or inviting especially since it’s on the smaller side.

I will not be back because of this experience.

This bakery is less spacious than I thought it would be. The donuts are very bland. The filling inside of the orange and coffee donut is actually gross, doesn’t really have a good flavor. The chiffon cake was flavorless, didn’t even have a rich chocolate flavor at all. The crab coquette and curry croquette are OK. I probably wouldn’t eat anything from here. Not anything to write home about. Just being honest.

Very corporate. Atmosphere is lackluster in my opinion, pastries have variety but are basic, Americanized, and not authentic in quality, coffee is standard. I don’t want to hate too hard, but If you’re looking for an authentic European coffee and pastry experience, I would choose Granier any day. I don’t feel good after eating a pastry here, it feels loaded with sugar and lower quality ingredients.

Pretty cake. Tastes awful. The actual cake is dry with hardly any flavor. The is sweet but really bitter. 60 ppl later and we still have a whole cake.

I had high hopes for this place but the last three time I have gone all of the pastries and croissants were stale. It seems as if they recycle their leftovers from the day before rather than making fresh each day.

Very disappointing experience. One female staff member spoke in a very cold and indifferent tone. There was no cake knife provided, and the strawberries on the Christmas cake were moldy — totally unacceptable.

Called due to an item I ordered on the app not being in my bag when my roommate brought it home. Called and spoke with Carly and she seemed lost and confused. Told me well there was like 5 online orders so it got messed up, what do you want….? Like what? Legit just wanted the correct items in my bag. But to act like it’s a huge deal for me to get the items I ordered is crazy.

Literally so delicious, employees are nice. The pastries here are the best ! And not expensive at all for what they are. The fruit inside the pastries are always fresh too

I had high expectations because I really love the Paris Baguette shops in NOVA. But it was just not same and disappointing. My drink order was rung incorrectly (sure, I could have kept a closer eye. But I had to repeat my order thrice. And I did not have any extra modifications…). I went to ask for a remake, but there was a bit of a line (not their fault). As I waited, another customer asked me if I was waiting on a drink because their order was taking a while too. Once the customers were gone, I had to repeatedly say “excuse me” to a staff member because she was busy texting at the register. Instead of asking for a remake of my order, I just asked for a cup with ice. She went to get it and seemed to be laughing about something. So I got the impression that it was about me (but I recognize it could be a multitude of things). I poured my hot drink in the ice cup and walked out disappointed.

While that was ongoing, my friend asked the original barista (who was near their table) if she could remake my drink iced. And she said she would but showed no intention of heading to the kitchen. So the lack of urgency or care felt upsetting.

Besides that, the food wasn’t that great. And my ham and cheese croissant essentially had a singular slice of meat. The meat to croissant ratio was actually crazy. The crab croquette was okay but it didn’t seem to have a lot of filling. And the strawberry croissants were alright.

Sorry to be judgmental but I rarely feel this way about cafes (love sitting down and just chilling in cafes) so this experience just plain out sucked.
