I stopped in around 2:45, just in time for their lunch specials that run till 3. For $9.95 you get a choice from the lunch menu plus soup and an egg roll, which is a great deal. After a long meeting in Virginia Beach and looking for a great Chinese restaurant. Peking City was a perfect choice. I had the whole restaurant to myself. I had the a cup of wonton soup and Happy Delight (shrimp, scallops, beef and chicken) I asked them to make it spicy. I also had wonton soup and it was very flavorful. As much as we like to indulge in Chinese Cuisine and it had a great atmosphere service was pleasant but food was subpar. My wife did not enjoy. One of the people in my party was insulted by a local because they claim she had a elbow in the table messing up our experience during dining.
