Just called the oceanfront location to place a special order for a holiday gathering tomorrow. Hannah went ABOVE and BEYOND. Literally the best customer service. She was more than willing to help, so patient and nice.. Pelon's already had my business for life but this just salsifies it.

Typically love this place, I ordered the Big Kahuna which I usually can’t finish. But I was disappointed with the small size tonight. Maybe I have a big appetite but I’m really not a big guy and I ate it in 6 bites. I expressed my disappointment and I was told by Kelsey that “due to inflation they initiated a portion control” and “if you don't like It, it is what it is”, there was no attempt to remedy other than “order another one”. I think this is just a case of an overpriced ‘cool millennial’ spot getting too cool for its own good. I went next door to Driftwood to have dinner after my “dinner” at Pelons and enjoyed a much fuller meal for less, and they actually seemed happy to see me.

Stopped by while on vacation and I was pleased. The food was very tasty and came out in decent time. The drinks were good especially the horchata. Prices were reasonable, and overall the experience didn’t disappoint. Would go back again
