The cutest, cozy little coffee shop. What a variety of coffee, flavors and treats. Staff are so friendly and they make you feel welcome. Love the plants! Not a lot of seating but options inside and out.

I've been getting coffee from Perked Up for years, but now that Morgan owns it, this coffee shop is better than ever. It's the anti-Starbucks local coffee place with homemade grub, excellent coffees and the friendliest staff in Hampton Roads. This cozy shop feels more like a kitchen in a warm home. Prices are fair, the atmosphere is welcoming and parking is a breeze. Keep up the good work! Cheers!!

The inside is very cramped and feels overloaded. The staff was pleasant and swift. The coffee and smoothie was refreshing however the bacon, egg and cheese everything bagel was disappointing. Although a great portion in size for the price, it fell drastically short in flavor. The bagel was dry and the salty to cheesy to eggy ratio that usually explodes in your mouth from such a great combination didn't happen even though it had a good amount of bacon inside. A little salt and pepper goes a long way. Willing to try again but will be ordering something different next time.

Staying at the Hilton, this adorable cafe is a two block walk for a great latte, and baked goods! Kind staff, fast service, really sweet and quirky atmosphere. Skip the chains, and come here in the morning!

Stopped here because the reviews looked good.. maybe we just hit it on an off day. The girl at the register was not very kind or inviting (but maybe it's just because I had my kids with me and she doesn't like kids?)

The shop itself felt pretty cramped. I guess it could be considered cozy, but 2 people came in after we did and it was a bit of a jam up to get back out the door. Just not a lot of elbow room if there's multiple people inside. And everyone in there just seemed kind of impatient.

The coffee was okay. Not a bad flavor but tasted a little weak? In my opinion. Like I said, maybe I just hit them on an off day.

Super friendly staff! I had 16oz Americano with a Samoa Scone. I grabbed a bag of Rainforest Caramel Crunch to brew at home. Can't wait to pour a cup! I'll definitely be back.

This is a cute little coffee shop near the oceanfront. I have been here twice and planned to come many more times since the ocean is my best friend. However, the second time was not a good experience. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant until a regular customer walked in a minute after taking my order. The young lady stopped working on my order (2 bagels with cream cheese and a croissant) to make the customers order who walked in a minute behind me and the customer was off on her way (her food also needed to be heated up) I walked over to the counter to see why my food wasn’t done and I realized she had burned one of my bagels and had to put a fresh bagel to toast. (Another wait) I let her finish my order and once it was done I politely told her it was very rude of her to stop my order to take care of someone she knew very well. The only people around was myself and the lady who walked behind me so I was very aware of what was going on. It was very rude and a horrible way to treat someone. I waited about 20-30 mins to get my food when no customers were inside when I ordered my food and she had already made one bagel and toasted my croissant.

Hidden Gem. Small and quaint. Fantastic coffee, quiches, muffins, croissants. Been coming here for at least 3 years during summer. Customer Service and management is excellent.

Super friendly staff. Great tasting coffee. I had the iced coffee - frozen coffee ice cubes - with your desired coffee poured over it. And a blueberry muffin.
