This place has gone downhill fast since the guy running it left. Service is awful. They never have things in stock and don't open on time. Looks like its being run by teenagers. Really miss its old

Placed an order to be picked up on 12/17 at 12:30pm, went to the store, and they were closed even though Google says they're open and the sign on the door says they're open at 10am. Not sure what's going on, but my money has been taken and I have no order.

How can I miss a taste of Philly in my own backyard?! This spot is a great little nod to the fresh made pretzels of good ol Philly. I got to chat up the attendant at the desk and she was extremely helpful letting me know about the options and when the next fresh batch would be out!I ordered a bag of 5 along with a spicy mustard, buttercream, and hot nacho cheese dip cups. Each of the dips paired nicely, but I would reserve buttercream for an unsalted pretzel. The salt + sweet were a hard pass on the tastebuds, but definitely worth a try!The hot cheese has a nice kick to it and the mustard was just right on the spice. The pretzels were hot, fluffy, and flavorful. The wait is quick and the service came with a smile. Would to back for more!

Really, they ran out of pretzel pizzas in the early afternoon. Disappointing. Also read about guilt trip tipping screens. Definite turn-off. Just increase the prices. I prefer to subsidized the employee wages that way.

I love this place! The food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly! I highly recommend them especially if you are in the mood for a pretzel or pretzel dog! Even on the busiest days like dollar pretzel dog day, I never have to wait more than a few minutes.
