I ordered the vermicelli with chicken and bean halo halo. The lady that took my order entered it completely wrong, she gave me a bag with soup and a bean drink. I told her it’s wrong and she said you didn’t want soup? If I wanted soup I would have specifically ordered soup, but I ordered “vermicelli” as listed on their menu: dry vermicelli with grilled chicken, spring rolls and fresh vegetables. I also mentioned that’s not halo halo and she said we have different bean drinks, but I said I specifically ordered halo halo. Then she had to void that charge and charged me again for the new/correct order. I had to wait there for several minutes again. The older gentleman came out and placed it on the table. No sorry for the mistake. The food was disappointing and so was the halo-halo. There was no cilantro, no egg rolls, and no herbs on the vermicelli. The container was mostly lettuce, soggy noodles and dry chicken. My daughter barely touched her halo-halo and she loves halo-halo and orders every time we go to Red Ribbon or a Filipino restaurant. I told the man that the halo-halo was not good and he said every business has different recipes. But Halo-Halo is a Filipino desert that has condensed milk. Don’t market it as Halo-Halo if it is not. To top it off I was charged twice, so instead of $18 something for 1 vermicelli she charged me twice. She charged me $37 for 1 vermicelli with chicken and halo halo. I called them while I waited for my son’s haircut and they’re very nonchalant. So once again I had to go back to the restaurant due to their mistake. On the phone the lady who entered my order wrong and then overcharged me said it was only a $2 difference. I explained to her it is way more than a $2 difference. She put the manager on phone and was told I can get my refund today or another day. I didn’t want want to go back there again to eat, so I went back for my refund which he did in cash around $18. I was back and forth because of their lack of customer service. The manager/owner gave me a can of soda for the inconvenience.. wow thanks. That lady today was the absolute worst. I worked in restaurants in high school and college, and I’ve never seen anyone make so many mistakes within minutes back to back- and not acknowledging it and apologizing. It wasn’t like there was a language barrier because her English was good and it wasn’t busy where she was overwhelmed, There’s so many other good Vietnamese restaurants in the area, that’s all I have to say.

All you're paying for the Chicken Bahn Mi sandwich is an expensive piece of bread. Yes, it came with cucumbers, cilantro, a splash of sauce. You get more chicken in a 12 count chicken nugget meal at Chic' fil A for $1.50 less. Extremely underwhelming.
The staff is unbelievably friendly and the food is delicious!

We visited this restaurant on 1/25/25 for dinner. Thoroughly the food! The beef Pho was delicious - the broth was on point! Whenever we travel to the beach area we will certainly pay them another visit.

Heaven forbid I want a condiment with my pho. The head manager or whoever he was, was very rude when we asked and said that it would change the flavor and that if we wanted soy sauce then we should go to a Chinese restaurant. Food was so mid and will not be back.

When we first walked in the staff was very welcoming and prompt. We all ordered 6 people and seemed to be going good. Our egg rolls and spring rolls were very quick to the table and delicious. The three people who ordered pho had their food shortly after and seemed excited/pleased. It took about 8 to 10 minutes to get me and my buddies rice dish. I got number 49 and regretted it as soon as it was put down. I got 5 very tiny shrimp with the tails on and very over cooked beef. The other person at the table order a Vermicelli pork dish with extra pork, he received less noodles than the pho bowl and the same amount of meat I had. When I went to check out somehow my bill was doubled which I am still working since you pay at the counter, you tell them what you had and they swipe your card before they tell you the amount.
