My friends and I come here often for their Pho. Delicious and their food comes out fresh and fast. I really love their P4! Overall experience is 10/10

My boyfriend and I are frequent patrons of this establishment, which has established us as regular customers. The food and service are consistently exceptional, and we have never encountered any issues, except for an incident that transpired this evening. Every time we order, we receive Thai Teas. However, this evening, the tea tasted distinctly different from what we are accustomed to. I had previously mentioned this to Aun but unfortunately, she dismissed our concerns and attempted to downplay our experience. Despite not being charged for the incorrect tea, we felt it was important to address the issue. As frequent patrons, we expected her to recognize our genuine concerns. My boyfriend, who is not typically prone to complaining about his food, expressed to me that his chicken pho tasted like soap. Additionally, he received the incorrect size of his order, as he requested a large but was instead given a small. Furthermore, his sweet tea did not meet his expectations. We were determined to avoid exacerbating the situation that we already perceived as being caused by the tea incident. The atmosphere was significantly diminished following the incident. However, Dave took over and served us for the rest of our time there. I truly appreciate Dave’s understanding of our situation, considering his awareness of our regular patronage. He is exceptionally one of the best servers I’ve ever had. We value being treated with respect and not being belittled as if we are not frequent visitors. We kindly request that your regulars be treated with the same level of consideration and professionalism.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but terrible service. Nobody replied to anything or said thank you. Food was alright, place was almost empty with about six staff members, and they were all hostile as if I caused inconvenience by my presence.

the best pho place i have ever been. every time we travel i like to try out each state’s pho spot but this one is by far unbeatable! the flavor of the broth is just chefs kiss 😍 as well as their spring rolls and all the appetizers! not to mention the amazing staff that are just welcoming and absolute sweet hearts! highly recommend

Some of the best pho I’ve ever had and they had an amazing playlist.
We were visiting va beach and stopped by pho 79 by chance. We have a family of six who ordered pho, bun thịt nướng, bánh mì , rice plates with grilled meat. Everything were excellent. The service were great. We are picky eaters but was impress with the quality of food here. My 6 and 8 years old said the food tasted like home. It’s one of the best Vietnamese restaurant my family had been to. Thank you pho 79 for the great service and food.

The soups for pho is ok, quality broth, but not fairly good quality for “mì” Both of us ordered 2 bowls of soup, the foods are too much in the “mì” bowl. It is too crowded I guess! We want quality food not quantity

Can I on lunch break today and sat at bar. They had a decent lunch crowd. I was at least give a menu and the bar. Lady said she would come back. Never did. Sat for 20mins lunch crowd dying down. Waitress came back behind bar to count her tips… never acknowledge nor came back to my end to take my order. Sat 5 mins more, then left. When next door to Guads…. Serviced right away. ( I wanted to give Viet 79 a try but….. probably won’t return to this location 🫤

This place has gone down hill fast ! I used to frequently come here once a week , until they upped prices , changed management I assume and took off the lunch menu completely . Not sure why they have a bar if they have no one knows what any type of liquor is . I got a mixed drink and was charged for a full soda plus 6 dollars for a well bourbon .
It’s also 10 dollars for a soup with no meat . Flavor of food isn’t bad , it’s the service and the prices ! Will not be back
