This place has always been mediocre but recently has gotten much worse. The prices have increased substantially and the quality has dropped substantially. Not only is the food not that great, they don’t even have the broth hot enough to heat up and separate the noodles. Do yourself a favor and go to Mommy Mom on Shore drive. Amazing quality, normal prices, and great customer service.

THE ARCADE MACHINE IS A DEATH TRAP ITS EVILLL WE LOST 15 BUCK AFTER TRYING TO GET 1 SINGULAR PLUSHIE. And on our final attempt the claw machine must have looked at us and saw our despair so it closed on itself before it even touched any plushies. Beware of the glowing Arcade machine.

*Spring Rolls 3 Stars, kinda small, but really Peanut Sauce. 3 Stars.
*Thai Iced Tea, 2 Stars, watered down.
***Bahn Mi Dac Biet, 5 Stars, THE BEST BAHN MI I've had in this area. Loaded with Veggies & Meat.
*Service 2 Stars, the waiter had issues remembering things I asked for, even though the place was not busy at all.

I’ve always ordered a take out and never dined in. I regret not dining in earlier!!! The food instore tastes sooo much better than the take out. My kids loved the Chicken pho also.

We have been regular customers for some time, but unfortunately our experience today was disappointing. The spring rolls were very small and consisted mostly of noodles with only a few small pieces of shrimp, which did not seem worth the price. We also ordered king-size pho bowls, but they appeared to have fewer ingredients, less noodles and meat than expected and resembled more of a child-sized portion.
Service could have been better, we shouldn’t have to ask for more veggies with our pho. Our veggie sides were minimal, a piece of basil and a half a cup of bean sprout, barely any cilantro and onions. The overall quality of the food has noticeably declined, and the portion sizes no longer justify the increased prices. This experience has made us reconsider returning in the future.

I come here all the time, but today was honestly frustrating. The portion was tiny—like half the normal size and smaller than a kid’s bowl. Two bites and the noodles were gone, and the broth barely filled half the bowl. I don’t know what happened today, but this was really unacceptable.
Amazing food and service! Very clean and friendly! Delicious and great prices!
OK at first glance, this cake looks absolutely beautiful and delicious. The strawberries and the whipped cream frosting was good However, the cake itself is not good. Strawberry cream cake is supposed to not only be airy and moist, but also soft slightly spongy. This cake texture was more so like dry sponge like and almost gritty once I got it wet in your mouth. The only thing I could think to describe it to is if you put saw dust in your mouth until it was moist. The customer service was great in the atmosphere was pretty with the twinkle lights

My family and I have been going to this place since it first opened. The food and service have been consistent. I always get pho and spring rolls. My wife gets different items and she is never disappointed.
If you like pho; definitely give them a visit.

The food here was good, but I’m not sure what it was. The service was slow, especially for a Sunday. I did notice that our waiter might have been a new hire, if he is, anyway he seemed nervous about handling a large group and didn’t seem used to it yet. So I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt

Not sure why I waited this long to try Pho Nguyen; I believe I’ve tried all Vietnamese restaurants in Hampton Roads now that I d lived in this area going 7 years now;but this one!
Maybe it was sticker shock back when it was COVID or just a little after so and I saw they were one of the first ones to charge like $20.95 for a bowl of Pho. Of course being 1/3 Vietnamese I know a bowl of Pho couldn’t be that much.
Anyway, I was pleased to see menu prices are reasonable and since other Yelp reviews rave about this place, I finally caved in.
I am very pleased. I ordered Bun Bo Hue, a noodle soup that is harder to make right in taste compared to Pho. So ultimate lithmus test so to speak. The broth was so rich and flavorful, the taste just as his Bun Bo Hue should be. I’ll stop here and give them a 5 stars for sure.
