The food wasn't bad. Service was good when you could get it but only one waitress and they just opened for the season and was out of a lot. Menu didn't have a lot of choices. Coffee was good!

My husband and I stumbled onto this restaurant today. The food was excellent! Our server, Natalie was exceptionally pleasant and gave us great service. I highly recommend Pier 23 Restaurant in VA Beach!
