The Pizza is good and quick for Togo orders and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is the bottle drinks are warm but overall a good place

Ordered carry-out, showed up at pick up time only to see them plug the machine in after they realized the online ordering system may not be working, had to wait another 30 mins. Some door dasher also in to pick up an order said he usually doesn't accept pick ups from there bc they always have a story about delays. Nice people, highly disorganized.

Dan the server was busting his ass doing everything taking our orders making drinks cleaning tables movin tables running food. He did everything n definitely deserves a raise. Food n drinks were very good

Ordered 2 pizzas to go. Had to wait 30 min longer than the original time told (45 min). Got home and the pizza was still raw dough. Called to voice my issues and after the 3rd time trying they answered the phone. They refunded the money but the interaction was short and after asking for a refund I was told they would refund the order and then hung up. I live in the neighborhood and used to frequent often - this was the 3rd straight time I’ve had issues and will be the last time they get my business.
Was here on Halloween 10/31/2024. This was not the same place and service as prior times. Was advised Pizza was an hour. Placed order for subs instead, took an hour and 15 minutes to get a meatball sub. Was not offered a comp for the meal. Kitchen staff did not seem rushed, saw three walk out of Kitchen to socialize. The service certainly declined.

Used to love this place. It’s completely fallen off. I’m from the northeast and it used to be a true authentic pizza spot to me, but the pizza is now mid at best. The wings used to be the best in Hampton Roads, but now they’re terrible. It’s really a shame what’s happened to such a great spot. Cool location with always a good beer selection, but the food just isn’t what it was. I hope they can get it back to that, but I don’t see it.

Ordered the Chapel pizza, Hawaiian pizza, Margherita Pizza and the chicken parmesan. It was great. We set out side because we were a party of 5 and there was no room in the inside for 30 minutes. after sitting outside for a while, we had to go get the server. Once we received our order, the food was pretty good. I would recommend this location. The inside is probability a much better experience.
