On Super Bowl Sunday (2/9/25), I drove here because it’s 6 minutes from my hotel & placed an order at 5:30 pm. Despite the short distance, the experience was chaotic: the staff was unorganized, understaffed, & vocal about wanting to go home. My name appeared on the order screen at 5:59 pm, but only the pizza was ready. At 6:12 pm, I found out my wings actually were also ready, but had been given to someone else‼️I requested a refund for the wings. After waiting 42 minutes, I finally left w/a disappointing pepperoni pizza that was barely sauced and had a flat, stuffed cheese crust, which I hadn’t ordered. I WOULD'VE BEEN BETTER OFF GETTING A $7 large 7 Eleven pizza.

Previous experiences at other pizza huts have really turned me off from the chain. This place has single-handedly restored my faith in pizza huts and I’ll definitely be back. I don’t know his name, but shout out to the guy working as he is the only person on a Saturday at lunch time and got our food quick and was better than expected!

Why does this location advertise that they are opened until 2am but when I go to pick up my order I’m being told that the store is closed at 12am?? Sounds like the workers do not want to do their jobs. This has happened twice now and best believe I am not coming back.

I ordered a pizza and chicken Alfredo when I picked up my order was told they are out of pasta so only got the pizza it would just have been nice to know this before I got there and they were obviously very busy and only one employee in the whole store, poor guy he was trying but u could tell he was struggling.

I ordered the meal deal for lunch, I came back to work and was unable to eat as soon as I returned because I had a meeting, I went to finally eat and the dough is not fully cooked, it is not something I feel is edible. I called the store to speak with a manager and the gentleman informed me he was the GM, he was so rude, no type of customer service at all, he offered to remake my food and I told him I will just bring the food back to be issued a refund he says " see you in 10 min" and hangs up the phone. SIR I am at work I am not leaving work in 10 min, you did not even give me a chance to tell you what time I was coming and to ask for a name of who I am speaking too, I call back and he doesn't answer the phone. I will be reporting this store! I dont understand the need to get upset with me when you all messed up my food!!
TERRIBLE! The delivery man from this place yelled rude words at me that for obvious reasons I cannot repeat here, he is a detestable person, for no reason he started yelling at me, insulting me, I was even racist, I was left speechless, he seems to be not well (psychologically) I probably won't drink your medication today!! ? in conclusion, do not go to this place, you can corroborate it in the other comments

Food was nice and hot and it delivered fairly quickly. The delivery driver, Sabrina, was also extremely nice. 10/10 was delicious!!
The manager is incredibly nice and has always fixed any minor mistakes.

Absolute worst food place. I’ve never been to a place where they ran out of everything and completely canceled. My order horrible customer service lady kept me on the phone for 20 minutes on hold then hung up in my face. After I called back she kept hanging up in my face, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Highly recommend you never go here if I can give this -0 out of 10 stars I would.

Terrible experience! I ordered food and was getting updates that the food was being prepared and picked up for delivery. Then I received a message stating the food was delivered and handed to me, in which it was not. We tried to call multiple times to find out where our food was and put on hold, then hung up on. Finally, after we called a fourth time we were told that the location we ordered from didn't even have what we ordered. So our question was, "why did it say hand delivered and why didn't we get a call to order something different." My account was charged and we had 4 hungry girls that had to wait longer food because we had to start over, but not at pizza hut again. I only gave a one star because I had to.

Vegetarian options: I got meat lovers so I can't say anything about a vegetarian one. But I bet it would be excellent too.
