Ordered a pizza for delivery, took almost an hour and a half. I know Pizza Hut isn’t known for quality pizza, even called and complained, driver arrived asking for a cash tip when I already pre tipped. I will most likely never order from this location ever again.

The one star is solely for two of your employees, mainly for the big, thick, brown one with the glasses. This juvenile delinquent put my debit cards on hold so I could go into the store and tip her. You can now thank her, because I will no longer step foot into your establishment. And you can check, I came in there quite often. I will walk just a few more steps and bring my business to Papa John's. I stopped tipping you after a bad customer service experience with my son. I felt you did not handle that customer service experience well. You need more training. I work in customer service/hospitality, I tip accordingly. But to force a hand, is beyond inappropriate. So you can thank this mediocre employee for losing a customer.

Wings were half tossed, and the sauce spilled out onto my pizza. Mind you, they were Buffalo medium wings. Once I bit the chicken it tasted half done, it was terrible. Pizza was decent. Won’t be returning.

Place is the worst. Delivery or pick up... don't matter. Avoid this place by all means. Rude employees... Might even be prejudice. My last four orders were non pork but somehow a couple pieces of pork seems to make it on my pizza... Sad

Beware if you order from this Pizza Hut. Tried to order on 9/27 @ 5pm. They are rude on the phone. The manger lacks the common sense to process a simple credit card transaction. Thought it would be easier to order on phone since staying at hotel. No such luck. Ended up placing an order online and that worked better than talking to the manager. Pizza arrived luke warm at best. Manger lied to my wife and said he would call back. Never did. Very poor service. Won't order from them again. Please spare me the bs reply about trying to do better. Most of the reviews are negative. So whatever you're trying to do to improve isn't working.

Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. It took over an hour and a half to get my pizza and when I called and asked about the wait, the girl was rude and unhelpful. Pizza was also cold. I’ll never order from this place again and i suggest you don’t either.

I know it's a stupid dad joke, you didn't have to cancel my order over it though. I jokingly requested for the delivery driver to bring the $1 million in the delivery instructions. I actually did this quite a few deliveries ago and the note just happened to still be in there. Because of this the store thought it was a fake order and decided to cancel my order after we were sitting here waiting for my kids food to be delivered. They did attempt to call but when I reached back out 5 minutes later they had already canceled my order and said I would have to reorder. The person on the phone rudely explained that when they see a joke, they assume it is a fake order, but offered now solution to reorder and send it promptly. We used to frequent this Pizza Hut quite a bit and will now use other options since they can't take a joke.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and some bone-in wings. The pizzas barely had any cheese and were so saucy. The wings had a weird taste to them and almost tasted and smelled like Chinese food. Would not recommend.
